G.I. bolts, nuts and washers, including painting with one coat primer and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture, including providing and fixing bobbin insulator of size 40 mm x 30 mm (nominal size) at one end of bracket with GI nut, bolt and washer, drilling of holes etc as required compete. (as per drawing provided by the Engineer in charge)

Supplying and erection of 2.59 mm dia G.I. High tensile wire with minimum of 230 gms/sq.m zinc coating on existing bobbin insulators fixed on B.S. fence, including binding with 2 mm dia aluminium wire etc. as required. ( G. I. wire Confirming to IS: 398 -Part II )

Supplying and fixing weather proof thermoplastic indicator box size 217 mm x 253 mm x115mm with transparent hinged lid, including providing and fixing following accessories, inter-connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable, including one 40x3mm MS flat clamp with nuts, bolts and washers duly painted, fixing indicator box on existing Angle iron post etc complete as required. (make : box Hensel Catalog No. KG 9003) i) DIN Rail for four MCBs with fastening screws. -01 No ii) MCB 'C' series 10KA, 1 amps. Supplying and Laying of 2 X10 sq. mm size one number aluminium conductor, XLPE Insulated, PVC sheathed, unarmoured power cable of 1.1 kV grade , confirming to IS : 7098 (Part-1) 1988 of following size in the existing DWC HDPE /RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. (ISI marked Make Havells /Polycab/ Finolex /KEI /RR Kabel)

Supplying and Laying of 2 x 10 sq. mm size one number aluminium conductor, XLPE Insulated, PVC sheathed, unarmoured power cable of 1.1 kV grade , confirming to IS : 7098 (Part-1) 1988 of following size in the existing masonry open duct/ along surface/loose for connection etc as required.

Supplying and fixing bakelite terminal block of follwing size on the existing indicator box/ switch board including connection etc as required.(i) Terminal block, 4 way, 30 A,

(ii) Terminal block, 2 way, 30 A,

Supplying and fixing of 20 mm medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface as required.
