Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV / HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. Direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of 10 watt LED Bollard light, wiring of pole with 3X 1.5 sq mm FRLS copper conductor in sleeve including making of required size cable end ternination with lugs including finishing painting, interconnections, connections and installation work will be executed in 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3Coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) etc as reqd.

Providing and installation of main feeder pillar (1500mm X 900mm X 300mm) out door double door type weather proof feeder pillar made out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet powder coated seven time processed manufactured from CPRI approved fabricator of suitale size to accommondate following mounting stand with 50mm X 50mm X 6mm thick angle iron, legs 80 Cms long and 1.6mm thick MS sheet, 200A TP&N aluminium busbar/ Copper connction wire with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves and including DMC / S6C bus bar supports at required intervals for complete cross section, complete with detachable cable gland plates made of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, earthing studs, separators, supports and insulators. The feeder pillar should be provided with suitable size terminal blocks for incoming & outgoing cables. From MCCB to terminal blocks connection will be done with solid aluminium bus bar / conductor. Incoming / outgoing cables will be terminated in terminal blocks. Including pre paint treatment, phosphating and powder coating by approved Siemens grey paint, suitable for operation on 415 volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire A. C. supply system complete including providing and fixing the following mountings, switchgears and accessories therein, etc as required.

The feeder pillar shall be supplied with suitable wall mount of 50mm x 6 mm flate iron frame including repairing/ plastering complete as required as per specifications Fabrication of Feeder pillar size 1500mm x 900mm x 300mm FP made of 2 mm thick MS sheet i/c welding, painting, locking arrangement.
