Providing and laying cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, levelling course etc up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering & shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways with steel props and removal of formwork for upto floor five level for :Suspended floors, roofs, landings, staircases, balconies, girders, cantilevers, bands, coping bed plates, anchor blocks, sills, chhajjas, lintel, beam, plinth beam etc.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish :20mm thick .

Supply & Stacking good earth at site complete including loading unloading & transporation etc.

Spreading of manure and good earth in required thickness (cost of manure and good earth to be paid separately).

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by vibratory roller 8-10 Tonne to meet requirement of Table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land with ALL lead As per MoRTH specification Clause No. 305.

Providing and laying granular sub-base material having P.I.not more than 6, including spreading in layers not exceeding 150 mm compacted thickness and consolidation by 8-10 tonne power roller to required camber and grade including cost of water and hire charges of machinery, including T&P with all lead (Compacted thickness to be measured).as per MORTH specification table 400-1, 400-2 :For grading-III with CBR value not less than 20.to attain 100% proctor density.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specfic as per table 400-7 to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing roll-ing with vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening and binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregates watering (with water browser) and rolling making necessary earthen bund to protect edegs, lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. [MoRTH specfication : Clause 404] ( By manual means)By Manual Means

Construction of rolled cement concrete base course with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383 , the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm with minimum, aggregate cement ratio 15:1 and minimum cement content of 200 Kg/Cum, aggregate gradation to be as per Table 600-4 after blending, mixing in batching plant as per mix design at optimum moisture content, transporting to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes smooth wheeled vibratory roller to achieve, the designed flexural strength, finishing and curing.

Cement of un-reinforced, without dowel bar. plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design. laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,using curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRD Specification Clause 1501 including vaccum dewatering process with all reuired equipments.
