1. To Checking & verification of Project wise checking and verification of all the during the F.Y. 2. Checking & verification of Project wise verification of all the revenue received for the year. 3. Checking & verification of Project wise compliances of GST. 4. Checking & verification of Project wise compliances of TDS. 5. Checking & verification of Project wise compliances of - other Laws i.e. PF, ESI, Labour Law and Other Applicable Laws. 6. expenses incurred To ensure compliances of Accounting Policies & Procedures, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP's) for all the Projects. 7. To Calculate and ensure about correctness of project Revenue & Project Expenses on compliance of Accounting Standards (AS) issued by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for all Projects separately. 8. To Calculate and ensure about correctness of expenses to be booked or capitalized, project Revenue to be booked in current F.Yr. & to carry forward for the next financial years as per Accounting Standards for all projects. 9. To Calculate and ensure about the valuation of inventory as per Accounting Standards (AS) for all projects. 10. To ensure and reporting regarding all Compliances under RERA Act. 11. To conduct of Statutory Audit, Audit as per Income Tax Act, 1961 of the organization. 12. Preparation and Submission of Income Tax Return and Assessment from I.T. and G.S.T. Department.
