Supply of strainer pipes made of ERW M.S. black pipe ISI mark of following sizes at the site of work including required size of slotting as per IS:8110-1985. 200 mm Nominal Bore.

S & F M.S. clamp, set of 50x6mm flat from ion with nuts and bolts etc. for holding the riser pipe assembly of submersible pump set.

Providing & lowering of G.I. Pipes, flange pipe including rubber washer and nuts of 8 mm dia complete in all respect I.S.I. Make. B Class 50 mm dia.

Providing & Fixing of Single Stage, water cooled, High Speed(2880 RPM), Horizontal, Centrifugal, Openwell Submersible pumps set pre filled with coolent water and fitted with mechanical seal - T/C Vs T/C, Thrust bearing shall be of carbon + S.S.The stator body of single phase pump shall be of SS and rest of all shall be of cast iron. All casting parts should be cathod electro deposition (CED) coated and other construction material should be confirming to IS : 14220: 2018 . The overall performance of pump shall confirm to BEE energy efficiency level of 3 star. Valid BEE certificate from OEM must be submitted for the same. Motor should be IE2 class as per IEC 60034-2-1: 2007, IEC 60034-30: 2008, & IS12615:2011, including making connection etc as required complete in all respect. Providing & Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed Un-armoured / Armoured aluminium cable of 1.1 KV grade as per PWD specification for electrical Works in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench with filling of excavated earth in trench , on existing cable trays or on surface etc. including making necessary connection, testing etc. as required of size and as per points (a), (b), (c), mentioned below:- (a) Material :- H4- Grade aluminium conductor of purity 99.6 % & as per IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P - I.(b) conductor shall have electrolytic aluminium confirming to IS 8130, IS 3975-1999 for armouring of cables in armoured cable items , IS 5831 for sheath, IS 10810 (Part 0 to 64 ) for testing procedures .(c) OEM Must have ISO 9001 & 14001 certifications for quality assuarance & its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for cables . Appropriate type test certificate / OEM test report shall be submitted . All above as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Appropriate type test certificate / OEM test report shall be submitted . All above as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Supply Installation testing & Commissioning of ISO certified company made DOL/Star-Delta Starter panel made out from 1.6 mm thick powder coated CRCA sheet, enclosure comprising of over load protection relay, short circuit & single phasing protection, Illuminated ON / OFF push buttons, ammeter, voltmeter, indicating lamps etc. suitable for following rating motors complete in all respect. Appropriate type test certificate / OEM test report shall be submitted. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.
