Providing and laying bituminous concrete as per design mix on prepared surface with specified graded stone as per table 500-18 for wearing course including loading of aggregate with F.E loader and hot mixing of binder and 2% cement filler with aggregates in approved hot mix plant as per clause 6.5 of manual Transporting the mix material with tipper to paver and laying with sensor paver finisher (as per clouse 507.3.5) to the required level , grades and rolling with vibratory compactor and pneumatic tyred roller 150-250 KN,TP=0.7 Mpa, to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) excluding cost of primer/tack coat (MORTH Specification : Clause -509,112) including Antistripping Agent.Grade-I Bitumen @ minimum 5.5 % of mix with lead up to 1 KM. VG-30 grade

Providing and applying primer coat over prepared surface or granular base with bitumen emulsion(SS-1) as per IS: 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 6 kg /10 sqm with a self propelled of towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MORTH specification CI 502,112 ( Including cleaning of road surface )

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface ,with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) as per IS : 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 2 kg /10sqm. With a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MORTH specification CI.503,112 ( Including cleaning of Road Surface )

Cement of un-reinforced, without dowel bar. plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design. laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,using curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRD Specification Clause 1501 including vaccum dewatering process with all reuired equipments.

Construction of rolled cement concrete base course with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383 , the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm with minimum, aggregate cement ratio 15:1 and minimum cement content of 200 Kg/Cum, aggregate gradation to be as per Table 600-4 after blending, mixing in batching plant as per mix design at optimum moisture content, transporting to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes smooth wheeled vibratory roller to achieve, the designed flexural strength, finishing and curing.

Providing and fixing Machine pressed cement concrete (M-20) compressed with hydraulic compression machine kerbs or dands of size upto 60 cm. Length as per drawing, jointing with cement mortar (1:3) over 20mm thick base cement mortar (1:6) & painting the exposed surface with enamel paint of approved brand complete work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge size 15 cm. x 38 cm..
