Cutting of construction joint/ longitudinal joint 4 to 6 mm. wide & 75 to 100 mm deep using mechanical concrete cutter including cost of diamond bit cutting wheel and filling of bitumen sealing compound in groove including cost of sealing compound.

Steel frame work for sides of C.C. pavement consisting of M. S. channels flats and angles with required steel pegs ( some of them may left embedded in concrete/ including providing frame work.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Making up loss of material/ irregularities on shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soil with all leads & lifts and compacting it with plate compactor complete as per MORTH specification Clause 3003.

Stripping excess soil from the shoulder surface including disposal of excess earth side slopes to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor upto 75mm average depth complete as per MORTH specification clause 3003.

Removal of existing sealant and re-sealing of contraction, longitudinal or expansion joints in concrete pavement with fresh sealant material hot poured rubberised bitumen or cold polysulphide type as per Clause 602.2.8 with appropriate type of primer complete as per MORTH specification Clause 3005.2..

Providing and laying granular sub-base material having P.I.not more than 6, including spreading in layers not exceeding 150 mm compacted thickness and consolidation by 8-10 tonne power roller to required camber and grade including cost of water and hire charges of machinery, including T&P with all lead (Compacted thickness to be measured).as per MORTH specification table 400-1, 400-2 : For grading-I with CBR value not less than 30. to attain 100% proctor density.

Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per MORTH specification clause 202.

Carriage of earth , sand , lime , morrum , manure or sludge including loading / unloading etc. complete with all leads .

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of as per table 400-10 and 400-11 Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water to OMC inwet mix plant as per approved design mix, carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site laying in uniform layers with motor grader/F.E.Loader/paver finisher, in sub base/ base course on a well prepared under base and compacting with vibrotry roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintance of diversion etc. (MoRTH specification : Clause 406) by mechanical mean with lead up to 1 Km.

Cement of un-reinforced, without dowel bar. plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design. laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,using curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRD Specification Clause 1501 including vaccum dewatering process with all reuired equipments.
