Providing and applying primer coat over prepared surface or granular base with bitumen emulsion(SS-1) as per IS: 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 6 kg /10 sqm with a self propelled of towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MORTH specification CI 502,112 ( Including cleaning of road surface )

Add extra to item No. 6.1 for additional 0.1 Kg per Sqm emulsion

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface ,with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) as per IS : 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 2 kg /10sqm. With a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MORTH specification CI.503,112 ( Including cleaning of Road Surface )

Add extra to item No. 6.2 for additional 0.1Kg per Sqm emulsion

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregates as per table 500-8 & 500-10 and design mix for base/binder course including loading of material with Front end loader, heating of binder (including cost of anti-stripping compound wherever required) aggregate and filler as per table 500-9, in hot mix plant More than 60-90 TPH, transporting the mixed material by tippers and laying with sensor paver finisher as per clause 505.3.5 to the required level and grade rolling by self propelled power rollers and vibratory rollers or pneumatic tyred roller 150-250KN. TP=0.7MPa to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) but excluding cost of primer/tack coat. [MoRTH Specification : Clause 505 & 112] with all leads .Grading II (26.5mm nominal size) - Bitumen @ minimum 4.5% of mix using VG 30 ( thickness 50 - 75 mm )

Providing and laying bituminous concrete as per design mix on prepared surface with specified graded stone as per table 500-16 & 500-17 for wearing course including loading of aggregate with Front end loader and hot mixing of binder (including cost of anti-stripping compound, wherever required) and filler as per table 500-9 with aggregates in hot mix plant More than 60-90 TPH Transporting the mix material with tipper and laying with sensor paver finisher (as per clause 507.3.5) to the required level , grades and rolling with vibratory compactor and pneumatic tyred roller 150-250 KN,TP=0.7 Mpa, to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) excluding cost of primer/tack coat (MoRTH Specification : Clause -507 & 112) with all lead.Grading II (13.20 mm nominal size) - Bitumen @ minimum 5.40% of mix & thickness 30 - 40 mm .PMB - 40 grade .

Cost of bitumen to be added / subtracted when it varies from job mix formula adopted in any of the above items.By volume of Mix: add extra for variation ( + / - ) of every 0.01% bitumen per Cum of Mix.PMB 40 Modified grade

Raised Pavment Marker ( Cats Eyes): Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 – DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 700 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The contractor shall submit 2 years pre qualified warranty certificate from the manufacturer for satisfactory field performance during the time of bid submission

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound inclusive type I reflectrosing glass beads as per table 800-3, 800-4 applied in uniform thickness of at least 2.5 mm and spread uniformly with reflectorising glass beads type II in addition @ 250 gms per Sqm with a road marking machine as per IRC: 35 complete with traffic diversion arrangement as per MORTH specification clause 803.4.

Providing and fixing of Precast concrete interlocking blocks of manufactured from fully computerized automatic stationery hydraulic vibro pressed machine & full computerized automatic batching plant of class A-1 as per BS : 6717-2001. The C.C. interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 25 mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead, lift, lifts & taxes general specifications of blocks.1.
