Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor five level. Thermo-mechanically Treated bars (Conforming of relevent IS code)

Brick masonry with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth with bricks Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M15 grade Nominal Mix 1: 2: 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Centering and Shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways and removal of formwork for foundation , footings, strap beam, raft , bases of columns etc.

Centering & shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways with steel props and removal of formwork for upto floor five level for : Columns, pillars, posts and struts etc.

Add extra for Square or Rectangular Pillars in Superstructre brick work up to five storey Upto 45 cm length and two corners are free

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide

Extra if square,rectangular hollow tubelar sections are used or grill made by flats only 10.00%

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 20mm thick .

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site upto lead of 1000 m spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 For Grading I Material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1 as per Technical Specification Clause 404. Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504.

Providing and Fixing of Reinforced Ferro-cement Drain cover designed for calss 'A' & 'AA' loading having 75 mm to 150 mm deep anti-corrosive bitumen painted MS plate Rim and on M.S. lifting hooks, admixture like plasticizer, bond-improving compund, shrinkage resistance compound, abrasion resistant complete as per approved design etc : Span 300 to 450 mm, Standard Size (600 X 800 mm).
