Providing & applying of a 4 component, seamless, solvent-free polyurethane concrete flooring system to have a smooth, even, matt finish matching the following performance properties: - mixed density more than 1900kg/cu.mtr, - abrasion resistance class of AR0.5 as per BS 8204-2 - Static Modulus of Elasticity of 3.3x10^3 Mpa and Toughness of 96.7x10^3 Mpa as per Modified ASTM C469/C469M - Coefficient of thermal expansion of 3.6 x 10^-5 /oC as per ASTM C531 - Shore D hardness of 80 - Tensile strength of 7Mpa - Flexural strength of 20Mpa - Adhesion to concrete of more than 2Mpa or until concrete fails - slip resistance classification 35 as per EN13036-4 - Fire resistance classification of Bfl-S1 as per EN 13501-1:2002 - Surface spread of flame of CLASS 2 as per BS476, Part 7 - Cure time of 12 hours for foot traffic and 24 hours for vehicular traffic at 30 degree C - chemical resistance capable of withstanding resistance to spillages of oil, grease, jet fuel, aviation fuel like skydol. - Reference of working in a similar environment or environment subjected to hard wheeled continuous movement with the floor performing for not less than 6 years without any maintenance coating requirement. to be applied at a thickness of 3mm over a 1mm scratch as per the manufacturer’s application guidelines.

Providing & applying of a 4 component, single layer, seamless, solvent-free, moisture insensitive and food-safe polyurethane concrete flooring system of density more than 2050 kg/cu.mtr to have a textured matt finish matching below mentioned performance properties: 1. Abrasion resistance of SPECIAL class (class AR 0.5 - less than 0.05mm thickness loss) as per BS 8204 part 2 2. E-Modulus of between 15-20 GPa 3. Adhesion to concrete shall be more than 1.5Mpa 4. Tensile strength of 5Mpa as per ISO R 527 5. Flexural strength of 12 Mpa as per ISO 178 6. Fire resistance classification of Bfl-S1 as per EN 13501-1:2002 7. Cleanable to standards of Stainless steel Applied at a thickness of 6mm over a 1mm scratch coat of polyurethane concrete an authorised applicator of the manufacturer in accordance to the application guideline as provided by the manufacturer.
