SITC of duct dampers in supply air main ducts / branch ducts complete as required

Providing, Making & Fixing of flaxibal Double Layer canvas connection complete as required.

SITC of indoor extensible type sheet steel metal clad, totally enclosed rigid floor mounted, air insulated cubical type M.V. panel made out of minimum 1.66 mm thick sheet steel metal with name plate, labels and shall be folded and braced as necessary to provide rigid support , separate housing for each switch, MCCB, Bus bar fixing arrangement i/c painting with powder coating paint, mounted with complete accessories suitable for operation on 415 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz, A.C. supply system, MCCB shall be provided with handle interlock & Door interlock having electrical and mechanical interlocking arrangement including interconnection with 2.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor crimping the lugs, ferrules and sign wrighting, interconnection between busbar to outgoing switchgear and outgoing switch gear to connector in cable alley by adequate rating copper conductors pvc insulated wire and supply & fixing of Announciator control alarm (audio/visual) system window /panel in this panel. Including S/F of MS base channel of size 100mm X 50mm & the panel shall fixing on MS base channel of size 100mm X 50mm i/c minor civil works, panel made out as per CPRI guidelines and relevant IS/IEC codes etc. as required, consisting of following items. (For details see attached specification). Note:- 1. The panel shall be type tested design at CPRI / Independent test house for the rating required. 2. Panel drawing should be got approved from Engineer in charge before fabrication.

SITC of PVC insulated PVC sheathed aluminum conductor armoured cable of following sizes on the existing MS tray /walls with saddles/PVC of cables with glands etc. as required

i) 4 x 10Sqmm (for Pkg.)

SITC of following PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor armoured cable for control wiring on the existing MS tray / walls with saddles/PVC thread/cable tie, screws etc. I/c end termination of cables with glands etc as required.

i) 4 x1.5sqmm

SITC I/c Fabricating following size of perforated MS cable tray I/c horizontal and vertical bends reducers tees, cross members and other accessories as reqd, and duly suspended from the ceiling with MS suspenders and including paint etc. as required.

i) 100mm width x 50mm x 1.6mm thickness

i) 150mm width x 50mm x 1.6mm thickness

SITC 25mmx5mm thick G.I. strip for loop earthing on cable tray wall etc as required

Supply of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 3.5x95 sqmm aluminium conductor armoured cable etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. Mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface / recess as required.

Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and fixing of AC plant information board made out of 12 mm thick both side white colour prelaminated partical board of 3 feet x 2 feet i/c sign writing on board as per instruction by Engg in charge etc complete as reqd

Conducting initial and final Acceptance testing as per department norms complete with all required necessary tools, controls and equipments etc. as directed. ( For items covered in this agreement)
