Dismantling dead and decayed lime concrete manually 10 cm thick from roof carefully and very slow without any damage to the structure and disposal of malba/material within 100mtr lead.

Replacing old/cracked sand stone slabs with new sand stone slab 50 mm thick in roofing laid in lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1lime: 1C.sand: 1 surkhi) including necessary repair and pointing the ceiling joints with same mortar curing etc complete.

Providing and laying lime concrete over the sand stone slab on roof with 50 % lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1lime: 1C.sand: 1 surkhi) mixed with adhesive solution and brick aggregate of 20mm nominal size including compaction & curing etc complete.

Dismantling undulated /sunked / cracked sand stone flooring 75mm thick laid in lime mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unwanted material within 100mtr lead etc complete.

Earth work excavation in hard rock includes getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50mtr leveling dressing etc complete.

Providing and laying lime concrete for the bed of floor with 50% lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1lime: 1C.sand: 1 surkhi) mixed with traditional binding material i.e. Gud, Belgiri and stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and proper curing etc complete.

Provision for supply and laying stone apron/ flooring using new stone 75 mm thick in place of cracked /decayed stones as per original pattern complete over a layer of 20mm thick lime mortar(1:lime :1surkhi: 1sand) matching with original etc complete.

Provision and fixing sloping chajja of stone 40 mm thick in original shape and colour and up to 60 cm wide beyond the wall as measured along the slope thick and fixing with lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1:lime, 1:surkhi, 1 c. sand) including fixing 8mm square anchor pins and pointing with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade etc complete.

Providing R.R stone masonry with lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1lime: 1C.sand: 1 surkhi) mixed with traditional binding material i.e. Gud, Belgiri including curing etc complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1:2 ( 1 cement: 1C.sand : 2 stone aggregate) in the foundation of central pillar and corner pillars.

Providing and fixing M.S shed by MIG welding as per approved drawing at Bharav Temple and its consist of 7m. long central pillar diameter 10 inches, its thickness 20mm and M.S sheet 2mm thick, its size 1250mm x 2500mm and 12 No. corner pillars 4 inches diameter its average height is 6m. and 7 no. main rafters size 150 x 100 mm, thickness 6mm and middle rafters of thickness 6 mm and purlins different size i.e 50 x 50mm, 100x50mm & 100x75mm thickness 5mm and outer frame size 150 x 100mm thickness 6mm and M.S circular plate 20mm thick and its dia 1.40 m will be used at the top of central pillar and 3 no M.S plate diameter 0.60m thickness 25mm will be used at foundation of central pillar and for fixing use 1.80m long & 35 mm dia bolting and painting over base red oxide primer and then use enamel paint etc complete. All material will be use manufactured by company either SAIL, APOLO, or TATA.

Erection of metallic / tubular scaffolding for framing of M.S.shed and other conservation work (cup & lock type M.S tubes, M.S challies, M.S. clamps) consisting of two rows of vertical secured or linked together with horizontal and diagonal bracing and connecting to the structure at convenient point for better stability and propping of critical areas to provide effective supports before commencement of taking out / dismantling operations with essential safety features (safety belt and helmet etc ) for the workmanship etc complete.
