(3) Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

(4) Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation / banking excavated or stacked materials.

(6) Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

(7) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

(8) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

(9) Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone- III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

(10) Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

(11) Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement – All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources).

(12) Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

(13) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams,girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

(14) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Strut.

(15) Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo- Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

(16) Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

(17) Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

(18) Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) : 1 With F.P.S.(non modular) bricks.

(19) Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

(20) Fixing Grill in position with cutting groove in R.C.C column and fixing with necessary materials, hinged and mending damages all complete as per direction.

(21) Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron/ steel works

(22) Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work.

(23) Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On concrete work.

(24) Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.

(25) Cement plaster (in coarse sand) 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

(26) Carefully Pointing with Lime surki pointing on existing ancient structure including removing mortar from joint & preparing for ne pointing all complete as per direction.

(27) Supplying, fitting, Fixing of Steel sheet Notice board (1.2 x 0.9m) with the frame, made of 50mm dia steel pipe frame, and border in all direction with 25 mm steel pipe. write up should be engraved /etching in Steel Sheet. Fixing in ground with necessary cement concrete ( 1:2:4 )& brick work all complete including all charges. (50mm Dia Stainless Steel Pipe, 25 mm Square Bar (Stainless Steel), Stainless Steel plate (1200mm x 900mm ))

(29) Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

(30) Building masonry bench with RCC Slab (1.5m x 0.45m) at top and finishing with Red Sand stone Veneering at top & color as per direction of Site-in Charge.

(31) Supply & Installation testing & Commissioning of 15 M mini mast suitable for withstanding 35 ms wind speed, with ladder arrangement, in built junction box, head frame, luminaries carriage suitable to install 08 Nos. luminaries in symmetrical arrangement, junction box, lightning finial, i/c foundation (RCC) of Pole should be as per manufacturer's recommendation as reqd.( 15 m High Mast Pole with Feeder Pillar, 1:2:4 RCC Foundation with Reinforcement, 2.5 SQMM 3 core Copper cable)

(32) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of suitable wattage Flood light fixtures complete with energy efficient LEDs. IP 65 / IP 66 housing, driver, all other accessories etc. duly wired complete for use on 240 V single phase 50 Hz AC i/c fixing on MS Channel of suitable size & Length on existing Pole, connection etc. complete as per specifications as required.( 120 W Flood Light Fitting, Fixing arrangement on Pole (MS channel, Clamp Nut bolt etc.))

(33) Supplying & laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 4 Core 16 SQMM Aluminum armored power cable of 1.1 KV grade in existing DWC Pipe etc. as required.( 4 core 16 Sqmm Aluminum Conductor)

(34) Supplying and fixing adequate size of heavy-duty HDPE pipe, having working pressure 4Kg/ Sq.cm. at a depth of 75 Centimeter below the ground including excavation &, refilling the trench etc, of following sizes complete as required.( 63 mm OD HDPE Pipe, Coupler, bend tees etc)

(35) Supplying & laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 3.5 Core 70 SQMM Aluminum armored power cable of 1.1 KV grade in existing DWC Pipe etc. as required.( 3.5 Core 70 Sqmm Aluminum Conductor).

(39) Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required: 3½ X 70 sq. mm (38mm).

(40) Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required: 4 X 16 sq. mm (28mm).

(50) Supply & Commissioning of Bio Digester Portable Toilets(Size: 1200X1200X2180mm Material Thickness: - 3 + (-) Door Size: 680x1830mm Material: Fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) over standard concrete foundation.

(52) Stitching crack in brick wall by carefully cutting out face brick 125 mm. deep into the wall, cleaning the gap and filling up the same with brick carefully set in lime sand mortar (1:2) including mending good damages and finishing the surface to match with adjacent areas complete as per direction.

(53) Removing of damage special size brick carefully from the ancient structures including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(54) Brick work with special size bricks with lime Surki mortar (1:2), Lime should slaked at site & surki should be made from first class bricks and fine grinding.

(55) Provision for Lime processing/motar preparation chamber & platforms (8’X8’) with cement & bricks. Plaster and a net Cement punning inside of Chamber including dismantling & removing of rubbish with in a lead of 50 meter.
