Exposing the buried structure by way of carefully digging/ clearance of debris to avoid any damage to the underneath structure including shorting out of serviceable material/ structure stone member and disposal of debris within 50mtr lead.

Replastering of 25 to 30mm average thick lime surkhi plaster in 1:1:1(1 lime : 1 surkhi :1 coarse sand) in two coats mixed with traditional binding/adhesive material i.e. Gud, Belgiri and Babool gum including cleaning the surface and racking out joints as per original texture and curing etc. complete in all respect.

Earth work in excavation by manually in foundation including dressing, levelling, ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 50 mtr etc complete.

Providing and laying lime concrete of roof terrace & floor portion with 50% composite mortar 1:1:1 lime mortar (1lime:1surkhi :1coarse sand) and 20mm down gauge brick aggregate including beating with bamboo stick first & then with thaphi till the surface is harden to maintain the proper slope & top surface finishing etc complete in all respect.

R.R. stone masonry with collected/available old stone in 1:1:1 lime surkhi mortar (1lime : 1surkhi : 1coarse sand) mixed with adhesive material like Gud, Belgiri and babool gum including curing etc complete.

Recess pointing with 1:1:1 lime surkhi mortar (1lime : 1surkhi : 1coarse sand) mixed with adhesive material like Gud, Belgiri and babool gum including racking, cleaning and washing out joints with mixing hardener and colour pigment for matching the original etc complete.

Taking and lowering down and replacement of the broken, cracked & missing chhajja stones by providing & fixing the 40 to 50mm thick avg. thickness (Bijoliya stone) including making the grooves & joints and interlocking with S.S. Rod (Nail) and anchoring pin with lime mortar as per original etc complete.

Taking out /Removal/ lowering down the broken/ cracked sand stone slab 50 to 65 mm thickness on roof of Chattri & disposal them lead upto 100 mtr by head load etc complete.

Providing & fixing sand stone slab 50 to 65 mm thick (Bijoliya) avg. on roof of Chattri including filling the joints with lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 brick surkhi : 1 coarse sand) etc complete.

Providing and laying 10 cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa @ 35 kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay : 1 cow dung) and covered with flat tile bricks, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finished neat with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) brick tile of class designation 10 etc complete

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89kg/litre and viscosity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D-5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorized applicator of the manufacturer of membrane: 3mm thick

Resetting/refixing of dislodged/ settlement and out of plumb stone column (size 0.35x0.35x1.95mtr) and in horizontally and vertically alignment manually very carefully to avoid any damage and mishappening.

Replacement of old cracked/broken stone column of old gate (size 0.45x0.45x1.80 mtr) by new chieselled Bijoliya stone and fixing horizontally and vertically alignment with the help of Jack technique very carefully to avoid any damage and mishappening.

Providing and fixing MS gate with bat proof mesh in the frame of ISA 50x50x6 mm and panel of ISA 40x40x5 mm with vertical 12mm square bar at a distance 100mm c/c and horizontal flat 40 x 5 mm with MS mesh of size 15x15x2mm including cutting welding etc complete. (Gate size 0.95 x 1.80 mtr)

Providing and fixing MS small doors with bat proof mesh of size 15x15x2mm in the frame of ISA 40x40x5 mm with horizontal 12mm square bar at a distance 100mm c/c including cutting and welding etc complete. (Window size 0.90 x 0.90 mtr)

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand on MS gate including a coat of primer with scraping of sand paper etc complete.

Erection and dismantling scaffolding with wooden ballies and bamboo challies including carrying the scaffolding material from store to working site then back to store etc complete.

Disposal of unwanted waste material / malba received from the site during the work by manually upto lead of 500 mtr from site area for site clearance and good appearance. (Note - It is estimate purpose only actual qty will measured and recorded during execution of the work)

Trimming of Banyan tree near old gate including disposal of rubbish from around the gate lead up 200 mtr etc complete.
