Removal/taking out the dead weathered/cracked/damaged Plaster of thickness average (30-40)mm of side walls and on top of walls then disposal of the unserviceable material with lead upto 100mts and lift upto 5mtr average etc complete to a place as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Replastering of (30 to 40mm) average thick in three coats each coat to be done atleast 7 after the previous coat with lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime : 1 C.Sand (with less than 8% clay content) : 1 Surkhi) mortar to be prepared as per traditional practice by grinding in garath in specified course for base coarse and subsequent courses and loi, tamping, beating, curing till the shrinkage cracks disappear. mixed with traditional adhesive material that is belgiri, gud, gond, methi etc as per design/texture on wall surfaces and where ever required etc complete in all respect with lead approx 100 mtr and lift approx 5 mtr as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Making Designer Arches and Gardana in 30-40mm avg. thick lime surkhi plaster (1lime : 1surkhi : 1c.sand) as per old traditional practice (both in 3 coat of base course and subsequent course and low temping beating out the shrinkage cracks and making them disappear, then the work is done as per the restoration nature requirement with lead 100mtr and lift 5mtr average approx etc complete.

Providing & applying the 3mm to 6mm thick lime punning with special mortar mix with 1 of Lime and Marble Dust mixed with white gum, batasa, coconut oil jute, urad dal, seashells similar to original including preparing the surface for new lime punning complete in all respect with labourers wearing all safety equipments like safety jacket, helmet, belt, shoes all the time with lead upto 100mtr & lift approx 5mtr avg. as per directions given by engineer-in charge.

Providing and laying lime concrete with 50% composite mortar 1:1:1 lime mortar (1lime:1surkhi :1coarse sand) and 20mm down gauge stone/brick aggregate including ramming, compacting and curing etc complete with labourers wearing all safety equipments like safety jacket, helmet, belt, shoes all the time as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Random Rubble Stone Masonry with properly dressed stones as per the original with lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime : 1 Surkhi : 1 C. Sand with less than 8% clay content) mortar to be prepared in garath mixed with traditional cohesive material i.e. Belgiri, Gum, Gud in collecting/new stones as per original matching with avg. 100mtr avg. lead etc complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Recess pointing on R.R. Stone Masonry of the structure with lime mortar 1:1:1 (1lime : 1c.sand (with less than 8% clay content) : 1brick surkhi) mortar to be prepared in garath mixed with adhesive material like gud, belgiri, gond, etc complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of MS Gates (Iron Swing Gate with a small inbuilt gate) with M.S. Post, MS Angles, M.S. Square Bars of required size by nut bolt including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc complete as per design/drawing attached. (gate size 4.10 x 2.50 mtr)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) on MS structure at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including preparation of surface, etc complete as per directions given by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Providing water tanker 5000 ltr capacity for masonry work and water curing purpose.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
