Supply, Installation, OTDR Testing & Fusion Splicing of Fiber Multimode Pigtail (50/125 μm) made of glass fiber optic, should be fitted at one end with any one type of single ST/E- 2000/SC/LC/MT-RJ/PC type connector in acc., as per latest ammendments of TIA/EIA 569 Standard Specification as per requirments complete in all respect. Fiber Fusion Splicing with OTDR Testing of Fiber Single/ Multi mode (per splice) of glass Fiber Optic Cable including cleaning the cable and making splice as per standard practice complete in all respect. Supply, Installation, & Testing of 19" 1U Rack Mounted/ surface mounted aluminum/ CRCA 1.2mm powder coated, Singlemode glass Fiber Optic Cable Patch panel/LIU loaded with flangless/screwable duplex adapters for ST/E-2000/SC/LC/MT- RJ/PC type, It should have easy removable Top plate with push buttons, there should be a splice tray installed in the Patch panel/LIU which can handle the fiber cores, splice tray should be PC+ABS material, it should include accessories like mounting hardware, gormetts, heat shrink tubes/sleevs, screws, nuts to install the panel for rack/wallmount applications as per requirment complete in all respect. Supply, Installation, & Testing of Indoor duplex Multimode patch cord (50/125 μm made of glass fiber optic with LSZH jacket, F8 2.0x4.1 mm, Multimode G652.D Mounted on both sides with ST/E-2000/SC/LC/MT-RJ/PC type Duplex connectors in acc. with IEC 61754-20. Zirconia (ceramic) ferrule with a PC polished endface geometry, connectors should be tuned in accordance with IEC 61755-3-1 and qualified in acc. with IEC 61753-1 for category U (uncontrolled environment, duplex clip and white plastic dust cover, should comply to delta IL 0.2 dB after 500 mating cycles, there should be an optional Visual coding, mechanical coding and lock protection on the patch cords which can be added on later stage. patch cords's performance should be acc. to IEC 61753-1 (Table A.12) as per latest ammendments of TIA/EIA 569B.3, as per requirements.All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Providing & Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed Armoured Copper cable confirming to IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P I of 1.1 KV with electrolytic grade Copper made of copper rods confirming to IS 613-1964, of purity 99.7 %, round / flat strip armouring, Inner / outer sheath confirming to IS:5831 in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench / Cable tray(with cable tie) including testing etc. as required of following size. Switch (IS :3854) and 6/16 amp. socket outlet (IS:1293) making connection , testing , etc. as required. Should also support industrial temperature, should have metal enclosure for lower EMI. The transceiver should be ROHS Compliant. (For Each MM Fiber) all switches & related Fiber modules should be of same make & category for seamless integration with each other of Enterprise class, complete in all respect.All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.
