Glazed Windows : Providing and fixing steel glazed doors windows and ventilator shutters of standard rolled steel section joints mitred and welded with steel lugs 13x3mm, 10cm. long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10cm. of 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required including providing and fixing of plain glass panes 4mm thick with cooper glazing clips and special metal sash putty of approved make or metal beading with screws complete including priming coat of approval steel primer, excluding the cost of metal beading and other fitting except necessary hinges of pivots steel handles peg stay etc. as required : Windows side hung /Ventilators top or centre hung (openable)

Supplying and fixing fixed wire gauge of 14 mesh x 24 gauge to the metal frame of rolled section by metal beading 20x3mm with suitable screw at not exceeding 150mm distance.

Guard Bars : Providing and fixing Square bars or other flat welded to window, ventilatiors etc.

Door Frames:-Providing and fixing in CM 1 : 4 double paitam (rebated) stone door window and ventilator frames of approved quarry :Size 100 x 75mm.

Doors:-Providing and fixing M.S. sheet 1mm thick double leaf door shutter in angle iron frame 35x35x5mm suitabilly diagonally braced with 25x3mm flat iron above and below lock rail of size 50x5mm beading extra including all fittings, as per direction of Engg. incharge but excluding cost of chowkhats: including two coats of anit-corrosive red oxide primer paint

Internal Plaster : Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish :12mm thick.

Painting exterior surface of Wall with 100% acrylic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with two or more coats including sand papering, prime coat, making smooth surface with cement based putty etc complete in all respect: . New Work

P & F 1st qualityVitrified Porcelain Polished tiles on floor, skirting and steps etc.in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufactuer) with water absortion less than 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in all colour and shade, laid with 20 mm thick CM 1 : 4 including grounting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc complete.size 600 mm X 600 mm

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finished : 20 mm thick

Plaster(Ceiling): 6 mm thick cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with water proffing compound: Cement concrete 1: 2: 4 (1 cement: 2 Course sand: 4 Greded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding: New work (two or more coats) over and including scrapping and priming coat with cement primer.

PANTING ON DOORS & WINDOWS :- Painting with syntheitic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shade to give an even shade new steel work (2 or more coat on new work).

Providing and applying white cement based putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

PART-B (Electric Work) Based on BSR PWD 2022, Jaipur Circle Wiring of light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) and 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper earth conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) in recessed ISI marked MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) vergin material PVC conduit & it's all accessories( J.B. , Bends etc.) , round tiles,18 SWG G.I. box with earth terminal, 6 A switch , 3 pin ceiling rose/ Lamp holder / 3 point Connector, 3.0 mm thick ISI marked phenolic laminated sheet (IS : 2036 - 1995), Al. alloy/ cadmium plated iron screws 20 mm cup washers etc. all as per pre approved by Engineer in charge, making connections, testing etc. complete as required. S&F following sizes (dia.) of ISI marked MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) vergin material PVC conduit as per PWD specification for electrical Works along with its accessories (IS: 3419 ) as required in recess including cutting the wall, covering conduit and making good the same as required. All relative and latest acceptance tests reports by any NABL accredited lab for the conduit shall be submitted before execution & All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Supplying and drawing FR PVC insulated & unsheathed flexible copper conductor as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked (IS:694) and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade . Wire should be made from 99.99% purity copper, class 5 stranding in acc. to IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free ( 10 ppm) for less chances of oxidization and higher silver content for gives better conductivity , insulation PVC type A ,flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per VDE 0298 part 4, , in existing surface or recessed PVC/ MS conduit/casing capping including all as per pre approved by Engineer in charge,making connections, etc. as required. Phosphatised/ powder painted complete with suitable rating insulated copper bus bar, shorting link , neutral link, earth link , connecting wire of suitable rating and din bar,masking sheet, including making internal DB terminations with copper lugs and with detachable gland plate, including making connections, testing etc. as required.OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab test reports before execution & All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Providing & Fixing of ISO Certified company made BEE Star rated copper wounded double ball bearing capacitor start, aluminium body & Metallic blade ceiling fan as per PWD specification for electrical Works, conforming to IS:374-2019, & IS:1885 -P-V- 1981. with down rod up to 30 cm with secondary support safety cable ( steel wire ) , cotter pin with 3 x 1.5 sq.mm pvc insulated flexible copper conductor making connection testing etc. as required. Appropriate OEM test certificate shall be submitted by contractor. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Providing & Fixing of ISI marked (IS:371) 6 amp surface type 3 pin ceiling roses as per PWD specification for electrical Works, made out from industrial grade Polycarbonate or fire resistant ABS material, brass terminal & captive screws including making connection testing etc. as required. Providing & Fixing of ISI marked (IS:1258) 6 amp batten/angle lamp holder as per PWD specification for electrical Works, made out from industrial grade Polycarbonate or fire resistant ABS material, brass terminal & captive screws including making connection testing etc. as required. Sheet boxes as per PWD specification for electrical Works, duly finished with two coats of red oxide and with earthing terminal of following sizes (nominal size) in recessed/surface as required. Providing & Fixing of non modular socket size flush type 180 watt rotary minimum 5 step fan regulator as per PWD specification for electrical Works, ISI marked (IS:11037) made out from industrial grade Polycarbonate or fire resistant ABS material including making connection testing etc. as required. Providing and fixing of non modular power plug point accessories as per PWD specification for electrical Works with 18 SWG G I box of size 175 x 100 x 60 mm with earthing terminal/connector on recessed/surface with suitable size phenolic laminated sheet (IS : 2036 - 1995) cover including cost of 16 amp. Switch (IS :3854) and 3/6 pin 16 amp. socket outlet [ as per detailed in respective item in BSR], making connection , testing , etc. as required. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Providing & Fixing of extra down rod of 15 mm dia . ERW (Electrical resistance welded ) of 1.6mm nominal thick medium duty steel pipe including cutting, threading, drilling, fixing quarter pin etc as reqd.
