(A) Horizontal Single / Multi stage Centrifugal End suction, back pull out type pump complete for delivery of below mentioned discharge ,including bypass arrangement for Testing of pump (B) Material of construction : Pump Casing - Cast Iron, Impellor - Bronze, Shaft - SS 410, Packing - Mechanical Seal (C)Pump shall be capable of furnishing not less than 150 % of rated capacity at a head not less than 65 % of the rated head. The shut off head shall not exceed 120 % of rated head (D) Squirrel cage induction motor should be IE2 class as per IEC 60034-2-1: 2007, IEC 60034-30: 2008, & IS12615:2011 suitable for 3 phase, 415 V, 50 HZ, Ac supply 2900 / 1450 RPM T.E.F.C confirming to IP:55 , of required HP suitable for the above pump ,along with flexible coupling , coupling guard complete in all respect . ( E) Common bed plate fabricated from mild steel channel for installation of pump and Motor including anti vibration pads. (F) Pump must be inspected by third party like RITES / PDIL at manufacturer's premises and inspection report is to be submitted. (G) Suitable cement concreat foundation (1:3:6) duly plastered with (1:4) ratio (H) All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. (A) Horizontal Single / Multi stage Centrifugal End suction, back pull out type pump complete for delivery of below mentioned discharge ,including bypass arrangement for Testing of pump (B) Material of construction : Pump Casing - Cast Iron, Impellor - Bronze, Shaft - SS 410, Packing - Mechanical Seal (C)Pump shall be capable of furnishing not less than 150 % of rated capacity at a head not less than 65 % of the rated head. The shut off head shall not exceed 120 % of rated head (D) Radiator cooled Diesel Engine developing suitable BHP for the below mentioned discharge at 1500 / 1800 RPM, flexible coupling and coupling guard with the Pump, common bed plate for mounting of the Engine and Pump,Antivibration damping arrangement by cushy foot, Diesel Engine starting Panel for starting of the engine automatically if the Normal electrical supply fails with a unit of battery bank of 12/24v,180 Ah, Lead Acid Battery with Boost / Trickle charger as required for operation of Diesel engine, Exhaust Pipe of suitable diameter minimum 10 M length (with insulation & Cladding), with muffler, day oil tank of 300 Lts capacity with piping (E) Pump is to be inspected by third party like RITES / PDIL at manufacturer's premises and inspection report is to be submitted. (F) Suitable cement concreat foundation (1:3:6) duly plastered with (1:4) ratio (G). First filling of the fuel tank shall be done by contractor and the prevailing fuel cost at that time shall be reimbursed to the contactor by department. Appropriate OEM/ NABL lab test reports shall be submitted. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.
