Supplying and fixing machine cut dressed 75 mm Pink sand stone (Bansi Paharpur) dasa/ coping wth ornamental shape having moulding and "PAN Shape" engraving as per required pattern with engraving depth of 5 mm (average) in single piece of length 90 cm to be laid on cement mortar 1:4 (12 to 20mm thick) including pointing with admixture of pigment matching with the stone shade.

Providing and fixing Red/Pink sand stone post (Mataga) having size 100x100mm heights 600 to 750 mm as per ornamental design such as like flower octonogal head border etc. to fixed with white cement/epoxy mortar including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment, matching the stone shade.

P & F of IP68, IK10 protected LED Buried marker light /Step Light Fixture. Fixture made of powder coated die cast aluminium with Toughened Glass cover and appropriate beam angle lens to be used as per requirement. The System level Luminous efficacy must be 90 Lumen/W. High Power LEDs at 1W/2W per LED. The driving current should be Minimum 350 mA per LED. CRI70, CCT: 3000/6500 K. Design, Supply and Installation of "Ashok Stambh" statue of 6 feet Height and 2.5 feet dia made with Bansi Paharpur Sand Stone including sanding, polishing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge. (3D view shall be approved before carving of stone.)

Design, Supply and Installation of "Chinkara Statue" of size 2 ft x 1.5 ft x 2 ft with Bansi paharpur stone over a Pillar of 4 ft height and 1.5 feet dia. The Pillar should be carved with approved ornamental pattern. A base platform of 2ft x 2ft x 0.5 feet with ornamental carving shall be fixed between Chinkara Statue and Pillar. (3D view shall be approved before carving of stones.

Design, Supply and Installation of "Godawan Statue" of size 2 ft x 1.5 ft x 2 ft with Bansi paharpur stone over a Pillar of 4 ft height and 1.5 feet dia. The Pillar should be carved with approved ornamental pattern. A base platform of 2ft x 2ft x 0.5 feet with ornamental carving shall be fixed between Chinkara Statue and Pillar. (3D view shall be approved before carving of stones.)

Flooring with Cobble stone of approx. Size 125x125x75 mm (thick) laid on 25 mm average thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 Coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone, laid in approved pattern complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Supply and fixing sign board upto 4.5 meter height made of the following specifications board base of A.C.P / transparent PVC acrylic sheet 3 mm thick fixed on MS hollow rectangular section size 50mmx25mm, letters made of acrylic material sheet 3 mm thick of any colour fixed with LED lights with all accessories and wiring with copper wire complete as required and as per direction in engineer in-charge.

Wiring of light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor 1.1 kV grade and 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper earth conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) in recessed ISI marked MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) virgin material PVC conduit & it's ISI marked (IS:3419-1988) accessories, round tiles, 1.2 mm thick Hot Dipped Galvanized Modular Box with earth terminal, 10A Modular switch,Modular face plate with grid plate, 3 pin ceiling rose / Holder /3 way connector, screws, making connections, testing etc. as required. Wire should be made from 99.90 % purity copper, class 5 stranding in acc. to IS:8130/IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free for less chances of oxidization, insulation PVC type A/C/D , flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per IS:3961 part 5, in existing surface or recessed PVC/ MS conduit/casing capping making connections with Copper Lugs of suitable size, Ferrules,testing etc. as required. Switch (IS :3854) and 6/16 amp. socket outlet (IS:1293) making connection , testing , etc. as required.
