Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete in foundation up to depth of 1.5 meters below ground level and 1.5 meter above Ground /Bed level as per MoRTH Specificifcation 1000&1700 P C C1:4:8 Mix with crushed stone aggragate 20mm nominal size

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 metres below ground level and / or 1.50 metres above ground/bed level as per MoRTH Specificaton Clause : 1000 & 1700 with all lead R.C.C. grade M-20 in superstructure upto 4.5 mtr from ground level excluding cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of centering and shuttering

Providing & fabricating steel reinforcement for RCC work including cutting, bending, placing in position and binding complete including cost of binding wire as per MoRTH Specification : Section 1000 & 1600 TMT Steel reinforcement.

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered or concrete surface as per MoRTH specification clause 803

Supply of cautionary/warning sign board 90 cm equilateral triangle made out of 2.0 mm thick aluminum sheet face to be fully covered by white / blue high intensity grade retro reflective sheeting with Red/white symbol, cut out or screen printed background with epoxy paint complete confirming to MoRTH specifications clause. 801 with angle iron post 65 x 65 x 6 mm. 3 mtr. long

Providing and Fixing of Flexible Median Markers as per IRC 79:2019 which shall be made of combination of tough, high impact resistant molded thermoplastic body along with florescent yellow color retro-reflective type XI sheeting with minimum exposed reflective area 285 square mm and with rebound property. The reflective sheeting should confirm to Type XI Florescent Yellow sheeting as per IRC 67 2012 and ASTM D4956-11. The flexible median marker shall have overall height of minimum 180 mm, body thickness of minimum 2mm and shank depth of minimum 30 mm. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be on both sides of the Flexible Median Marker and shall be edge protected wiht no exposed edges which will prevent edge lifting, vandalism, sheeting damage, etc. The edge of sheeting should not come out easily by putting nails, sharp objects, etc. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed on eihter side of the body. The product design has to with stand all natural impacts and should not get darmaged if any pedestrian stamp on top of it intenitonally or unitentionally. The product should bend up to 90 degree on both sides without breakage or damage.
