Design, Manufacturing and Supply of Slim type Edge lit LED Guidance Sign Board of various sizes made out of anodized 3 mm corrosive resistant aluminium extrusion frame (thickness of signboard should be less than 45 mm) and Facia should not be more than 50 mm at all sides of the display. The extrusions frame should be interlocked/bolted with each other creating a sealed unit and 2 mm thick aluminium back cover, 4 mm thick polycarbonate sheet with glare free front face, the letter & symbol should be made by of vinyl and pasted on 4 mm thick polycarbonate sheet at the inner side of the sign face with required colouring, 3.7 mm acrylic Light Guide Panel (LGP) sheet, suitable arrangement shall be made for water tightness & locking arrangement, including supporting frangible legs & frame etc., signboard shall be uniformly internally illuminated with LED strip mounted on the top of LGP sheet to achieve illumination level and can operate on series circuit without flickering, complete as required and as specified in ICAO Annex. 14 Vol. I (legends as approved by Engineer In-Charge). LEDs operated on input sources of 2.5Amps to 6.6Amps constant current its supporting frangible legs, base frame etc., complete as per latest ICAO/ FAA requirement specification and conforming to technical specifications. (Measurement will be made as per size of sign board sheet facia).

Supply of 100 mm size dia. Medium 'B' Class GI Pipe as per IS 1239 part 1 along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete as required.

Supply of 63 mm dia. (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, seal rings etc. conforming to IS 14930 : Part 2 now amended to IS 16205 Part 24 and conforming to technical specifications complete as required.

Supply of 1 core 6 sqmm, 5 KV grade, copper conductor, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed under ground airport lighting cable generally conforming to IS: 1554 Part-II 1981 with upto date amendment etc. and conforming to technical specifications complete as required at site.

Supply of 2 core 4 sqmm 600 V grade, copper conductor, EPR insulated, PCP sheathed, underground secondary cable complete and conforming to technical specifications complete as required at site.

Supply of 3.5 core 25 sqmm, 1.1 KV grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, aluminum conductor, armoured LT power cable conforming to IS : 7098(Part 1) -1988 with upto date amendment etc. and conforming to technical specifications complete as required at site.

Supply of 4 core 10 sqmm, 1.1 KV grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, aluminum conductor, armoured LT power cable conforming to IS : 7098(Part 1) -1988 with upto date amendment etc. and conforming to technical specifications complete as required at site.

Supply of 200 Watt, 6.6/6.6 Amps, 5 KV grade, 50 Hz, series Isolating Transformer encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber with primary and secondary connectors etc and all other standard accessories required as per ICAO and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of 15 Watt, 6.6/6.6 Amps, 5 KV grade, 50 Hz, series Isolating Transformer encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber with primary and secondary connectors etc and all other standard accessories required as per ICAO and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of Cast iron Isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type with suitable rubber gasket, metal container of outside dia 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate/cover plate on the top and having three/two/one nos holes as per site requirement on the periphery centre, 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 63 mm GI/ DWC HDPE pipes including as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 40 mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia, 'B' class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped hole having centre to center distance of 260 mm along with bolts and conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Supply of Cast iron collar box of 330 mm dia, 200 mm deep, made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick having 6 Nos. M10 tapped hole with centre to center distance of 260 mm along with suitable rubber gasket. The box should have 25 mm 1 no. hole 50 mm below from the top surface, two nos. SS earth bolts of M10 x 40 mm tapped inside and having one drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 1 no. 15 mm dia, 'B' class GI pipe and conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Supply of 5 KV grade plug & receptacle (Essna Connector) of type I class B connector & suitable for field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated and PVC sheathed single core 6 sqmm copper conductor cable as etc complete as required and conforming to FAA advisory circular 150/5345-26 E or as amended.

Supply of 600 V grade plug & receptacle (Essna Connector) of type II class B connector & suitable for field attachment with 600 V grade PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 2 core 4 sqmm copper conductor cable etc complete as required and conforming to FAA advisory circular 150/5345-26 E or as amended.

Supply of single core 4 sqmm 1100 V grade, copper conductor, PVC insulated flexible cable for earthing as required and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of 4 core 4 sqmm size PVC insulated & PVC round sheathed 1.1 KV Grade flexible copper conductor industrial cable conforming to IS 694 specifications with upto date amendment as required and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of thermoplastic, weather proof, IP 66, loop in loop out cable junction box including provision of 6 A, 10 kA, C series SP MCB, din rail, terminal block etc. suitable for termination of 3.5 C 25 sqmm cable. Mounting the junction box on frangible mounting pole with overall mounting height not more than 1100 mm including supply and installation of frangible pole, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Kerfs cutting with machine in runway /taxiway of concrete/ bituminous surface of suitable depth and width for 01 no. secondary cable along with 01 no. earth wire, laying of cable, earth wire and refilling the same by suitable sealing material etc. conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Elevated type Medium Intensity Taxiway edge Light fitting (LED type) on the existing transformer housing box including crimping/jointing of plug & receptacles of secondary leads, isolating transformer connections, earthing etc. complete as required and includes supply of all materials excluding fixture, secondary lead, isolating transformer and plug & receptacles etc. complete as required.

Installation of illuminated taxiway guidance signages of various sizes by providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of nominal size 300 mm x 300 mm x 500 mm for each leg and total base of 150 mm thick cement concrete below and all around the board upto the distance of 1000 mm including excavation, finishing, leveling of ground, installation of isolating transformer, crimping/ jointing of plug & receptacles, laying of pipe, laying of secondary leads, connections, earthing, testing and commissioning etc. complete as per site conditions. (Isolating transformer, plug & receptacles, secondary cable, pipe shall be supplied by AAI). (Measurement will be made as per size of sign board sheet facia)

Laying of existing 100 mm size dia. Medium 'B' Class GI Pipe in concrete/bitumen, upto the depth of 500 mm for cable crossing/ laying by cutting the bitumen/ concrete of suitable size for laying the pipe, including GI pipe threading, cutting, jointing of pipe & filling the gaps with bitumen mix/concrete and making good the surface matching with original finish etc. as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Laying of existing DWC HDPE pipe size upto 63 mm dia. along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, seal rings etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (upto 75 cm below ground level as per site) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Laying of existing DWC HDPE pipe size upto 63 mm dia. along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, seal rings etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing masonry duct, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Laying one number 5 KV grade Airfield lighting cable of size single core 6 /16 Sqmm. in the existing RCC/ HUME/ STONEWARE/ METAL/ HDPE pipe, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Laying one number 5 KV grade Airfield lighting cable of size single core 6 /16 Sqmm. in the existing masonry duct, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size upto 35 sqmm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of upto 35 sqmm size in the existing masonry open duct, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Installation of Cast iron isolating transfer housing box of size 330 mm dia. and 450 mm deep as per approved drawing including excavation of surface, cement concrete all round upto 200 mm having CC ratio 1:2:4 and 100 mm having CC ratio 1:3:6 below the CI box including 200 mm of all sides, providing 300 mm long 15 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe in the bottom surface for drainage of water, cutting & threading of pipe, adjustment of housing with thedolite etc, refilling the side surface, sloping and making good the same as original, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Installation of existing cast iron collar box of 330 mm dia. and 200 mm deep including core cutting, aligning and setting, fixing the box with sealing material of dobefil and hardener etc. and providing 1 nos. 250 mm long 15 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe in the bottom surface for drainage of water, cutting & threading of pipe, adjustment of housing box with thedolite etc, including supply of all materials except CI collar box, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Making connection of 5 KV grade, 6 Sq.mm Copper conductor cable with plug & receptacle (but excluding cost of plug & receptacles) including filling the gap with water sealed material applying HT and PVC insulation tape etc., conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Supplying and making end termination with Brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5 C 25 sqmm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Supplying and making end termination with PVC gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5 C 25 sqmm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade, conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 m long and 40mm dia, accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate on the top having locking arrangement and watering pipe, complete with charcoal and salt etc., conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.

Dismantling of existing perimeter light pole of height upto 5 meter including light fixture, junction box etc including all accessories and deposited the same to AAI store complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of 5 Mtr. height G.I. octagonal pole, welding of MS plate at bottom, fixing G.I. socket with suitable bolts at top, installation of overhang bracket and bolts on pole, making M20 cement concrete foundation of minimum size 400 mm x 400 mm x 1.3 m (1.1 mtr below the ground & 0.2 Mtr above the ground) with reinforcement, supply and fixing of 4 nos of M16 X 450 mm long J type bolts, nuts, template etc., supply and fixing of 1 m long 63 mm dia DWC HDPE pipe (two runs) in foundation, finishing of foundation, white cement painting of exposed foundation, earth connections of pole with GI wire etc complete as per OEM recommendations as required.

Dismantling of existing wall mounted metal bracket of perimeter light having length upto 2.5 mtr. including light fixture, junction box etc. including all accessories and deposited the same to AAI store complete as required.

Installation of existing wall mounted metal bracket of perimeter light having length upto 2.5 mtr. including light fixture, junction box on wall including supply and fixing of suitable of clamp complete as required at site.

Dismantling of one no. moulded SMC base pole mounted junction boxes of size 168 mm x 253 mm x 115 mm (approx.) with all accessories from wall surface and depositing to AAI store complete as required.

Installation of one no. moulded SMC base pole mounted junction boxes of size 168 mm x 253 mm x 115 mm (approx.), door fixed to base with hinges suitable for termination of 4 core x 10 Sqmm armoured cable with all accessories, supplying and fixing of suitable connector and clamp etc. complete as required.

Installation of LED street light luminaire on pole upto height of 5 meter including connection by fixing of existing MCB's, supply and drawing of 3C x 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated and FR PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable conforming to IS: 694, with upto date amendments from junction box to fittings, earthing, testing and commissioning etc complete as required.

Installation of LED street light luminaire on wall mounted bracket including connection by fixing of existing MCB's, supply and drawing of 3C x 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated and FR PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable conforming to IS: 694, with upto date amendments from junction box to fittings, earthing, testing and commissioning etc complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs according to the cable for following size for PVC/ XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 x 10 sqmm ( 25mm) aluminium cable.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meters in width, and lift upto 1.5 meters, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meters.

Provision of services provided by specialist - Technician / Egineers for repairing / servicing of water supply pump sets of capacity upto 7.5 HP (D.P. Holland - Make) installed in pump room. The job includes dismantling of existing pump-set and re-assembling the same after repairing of the impaler, diffuser, o-ring, bushes i/c mechanical seal etc complete as required, T & P also to be provided by the agency to repair the same as per site condition for complete the job as per satisfaction of E.I.C. for the pump sets as and when required. (Spares - wil be provided by AAI).
