Supplying, fixing and placing a three seater chair as per specification mentioned below. 1. DIMENSION OF CHAIR OF DIFFERENT SEATING CAPACITY (a) Overall Length (in mm), Tolerance ± 10 mm 1650 (b) Overall Height (in mm), Tolerance ± 10 mm 850 (c) Floor to seat Height (in mm), (Front), Tolerance ± 10 mm 425 (d) Depth of the Seat (in mm), Tolerance ± 10 mm 450 (e) Width of the seat (in mm), Tolerance ± 10 mm 485 (f) Thickness of seat support area and lumber support area (in mm), Tolerance ± 2 mm 25 2. MAIN FRAME The Chair shall be on main frame of extruded aluminium of minimum thickness 4 mm and appropriate cross section so as to achieve the required strength and durability as per lates BIFMA (Bisiness Institutional Furniture Manufacturers Association) X 5.4 - 2020 standard with powder coating of minimum 70 microns. The ends shall be aesthetically and plugged with end caps. 3. SEAT & BACKREST a. The seat & backrest shall be of integral type made from high density self-skinned integral PU foam coloured in the mass reinforeced with concealed steel frame of maximum 60 mm width with following options, and thickness so as to achieve the durability as per latest BIFMA X 5.4 standard: (i) PU without inserts integrated in concealed steel frame or (ii) PU with inserts of wire mesh integrated in concealed steel frame or (iii) PU with steel strips integrated in concealed steel frame or (iv) PU with steel springs integrated in concealed steel frame The profile of the integral system should ensure comfortable sitting having ergonomic profile and thigh support. The seat should have slant towards backwards for comfort. The thickness, hardness and density ofthe PU moulded foam seat should guarantee satisfactory level of comfort for the user. The density should be minimum 300 Kg/m³. The shore'A'hardness should be between 45 to 85. b. Seat and Backrest may either be one single unit or separate seat and back in two separate units. The assembly shall also be capable of providing side table. The chair shall not develop any structural failure within the Defect Liability Period of 24 months and the manufacturing company shall submit a confirmation certificate to meet this requirement. The assembly shall also ensure that all nuts, bolts and screws are concealed without protruding and maintains overall aesthetics. There should not be any sharp edges. 7. STABILITY The chair shall not get displaced due to frequent occupying and vacating of chair by passengers. 8. CHARGING FACILITY Charging facility for laptops & mobile phones shall be provided between each two seats on arms in the unit of three seater chair by providing minimum one No. 5 Amp. 5 pin AC socket, one combi Twin USB 2400 mA multi stand socket each Type of 'A' & Type 'C' along with suitable shock proof enclosure at each two intermediate arms per set of chairs. Wiring should be done with minimum 03 mtr. & up to nearest power supply point as per site 3 Core x 1.5 Sq,mm PVC insulated Flame-Retardant Low Smoke (FRLS) Iead in PVC conduit and 5 Amp 3 pin top for taking electrical supply. (All accessories should be ISI Marked). 9. STANDARD The offered model shall be conforming to latest international furniture standards BIFMA X 5.4 having necessary test certificates issued by testing agency accredited by BIFIT4A / EN / IS. 10. COLOUR The colour of the chair's PU seat & back as well as of frame, arms and legs shall be as per AAI requirement suiting the Interior / Architectural Design of the Terminal Bldg. to enhance the Aesthetics / Local Flavour. 11. IDENTIFICATION MARK AAI logo and Sl. No. should be mentioned at appropriate place. All complete as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-In-charge.

Supplying, fixing and placing a three seater sofa that shall be constructed from natural hard wood and commercial plywood having inner frame. The thickness of the wood should allow for the heavy tension webbing. The sofa shall have spring attached and also be padded separately. The frame shall be padded with high resilience polyurethane foam having density 40 Kg/m³ in seat and 32 Kg/m³ in back. There shall be cushion arm provided padded with high resilience polyurethane foam having density 40 Kg/m³.
