The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works in art work in different media like paintings/mural works/digital/or any other innovative media during the last seven years. The bidder should have completed at least three separate works, each costing not less than Rs. 1,15,59,327/- (excluding GST/VAT), of similar nature of works. Alternatively, the bidder can also have experience of completing two separate works, each costing not less than Rs. 1,44,49,158/- (excluding GST/VAT), or one work costing not less than Rs. 2,31,18,654/- (excluding GST/VAT). The substantial completion of works should be based on 80% (value-wise) or more works completed under the contract. The values mentioned include: - Rs. 1,15,59,327/- (excluding GST/VAT) for each of the three separate works - Rs. 1,44,49,158/- (excluding GST/VAT) for each of the two separate works - Rs. 2,31,18,654/- (excluding GST/VAT) for one work - 80% (value-wise) for substantial completion of works - 7% per annum for enhancing the actual value of work to the current costing level - 1.12 for dividing the experience certificates of works completed pre-GST era to exclude pre-GST taxes. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 1,02,30,004/- on art work during the last three years, and a minimum net worth of Rs. 43,34,748/-.
