The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works similar in nature, with details of such works completed during the last seven years, including a copy of the completion certificate from clients. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual value of general construction work, with at least 50 percent of which is from Engineering (Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical as relevant to the work being procured) construction works. The bidder should have experience in composite works for the specialized nature of works, with a value of at least 80 percent (value wise) of works completed under the contract considered as substantial completion. Specifically, they should have experience in executing departure conveyor work, with at least 20 Check-In Conveyors and must also have completed a minimum of 93 meters length of arrival conveyor in a single work during the last 07 years. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed a work of Rs. 9,66,28,842/- (excluding GST) or one work of Rs.15,46,06,146/- (excluding GST) in a single contract of similar nature of “SITC of Baggage Handling System consisting of Arrival / Departure Conveyor System at airports” during the last 07 years. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed three works, each of Rs. 7,73,03,073/- (excluding GST) or two works, each of Rs. 9,66,28,842/- (excluding GST) or one work of Rs.15,46,06,146/- (excluding GST) in a single contract of similar nature. The bidder should have an Average Annual Financial Turnover of Rs. 8,71,64,583 on construction works during the last three years and a minimum net worth of Rs. 3,69,34,145. At least 20 percent of the value of similar works completed is required, and at least 50 percent of the annual value of general construction work should be from Engineering (Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical as relevant to the work being procured) construction works.
