Providing and fixing stone slab covering of required size over drains including filling of joints with cement sand mortar 1:3 complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Average thickness 60 to 75 mm

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supply and erection of Decorative Cast Iron pole as perapproved design of following length with base plate on the cement concrete foundation of M-15 grade (1:1.5:3) with the help of anchor bolts of grade 6.8 (IS 1367 P III). The pole shall be made of Cast Iron as per IS 210:1993,precision machining and filling job to achieve good finishand a fine coat of primer on each element beforeassembling. After assembling of each element one coat of primer and two coats of P.U. paint are applied.Approved coloured UV resist coating of mat/ glossy/metallic finish followed after air drying of pole. Providing & Laying XLPE insulated / P.V.C. sheathed cable of 1.1 KV grade with aluminium conductorA rmoured of IS:7098-I/1554-1 approved make in ground as per IS:1255 including excavation of30 cmx75cm size trench, 25 cm thick under layer of sand, second Class bricks covering, refilling earth, compaction of earth, making necessary connection, testing etc. as required of size. 4 core 4 sqmm (Finolex, National, RR Kabel, Polycab, Havells)

Grassing with 'Carpet' grass (selection no. 1) including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for moving including supplying good earth if needed.(The good earth shall be paid separately) or Australion Carpet as per direction of Engineer incharge

Supply and planting following species best quality container grown healthy trees of 2 mt. min. height, well established & free from disease at site in 0.90 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge manure, backfilling the hole watering etc as required.
