Rates of construction of OHSRs are on lumpsum basis and nothing extra will be payable like carriage, material etc., whatsoever

Construction of 06 No RCC OHSRs of various Capacities with sill levels (not to be less than) and FSLs (not to be less than) from ground level in villages mentioned as follows, complete with external RCC stair case with landing slabs at each staging, RCC roofs, ventilator, single manhole cover, lightening conductor, plinth protection, water level indicator, prov., fixing and laying of Rising Main and Delivery Main to be connected to existing pipeline network etc. complete duly tested and handed over in proper working order to the satisfaction of Engineer-Incharge. The construction of OHSRs shall be as per standard drawings/design of DWSS uploaded with this bid document. However, if (i) the height of Sill Level(s) and FSL(s) of OHSR(s) to be constructed is more than the standard drawings/design. (ii) the bearing capacity at site after allotment comes out to be less than 8.75 t/sq.m Then the contractor shall submit revised design from reputed Engineering Institute to fulfill the requirements of additional height and less Bearing Capacity at site. However, key parameters of OHSR(s) like tank portion diameter and center to center distance of columns etc. shall NOT be reduced. The revised structural design shall NOT be downward revised in any case. The responsibility for structural safety of OHSR(s) shall be of the contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor on account of increase in height of OHSR(s) and cost of submission of revised design/drawings. However, in case of variation due to upward revision in the design due to lesser bearing capacity encountered at site than 8.75t/sqm¬¬, then the additional quantities for items of work which that could have to be executed on account of less Bearing Capacity than 8.75 t/sqm shall be paid at CSR plus ceiling premium applicable at the time of tendering. .

All classes of work not otherwise described shall be executed in according with the principals laid down in the book of specifications latest edition 1963 with correction slips and amendments upto date or as per latest relevant IS Code, whichever is more stringent

Splitting of any item is not allowed. Any lapse will render the tender liable to be rejected

Village Majjupura (OHSR of capacity 50 CUM, Staging Height = 17.00 M and F.S.L. = 20.00 M)

Rates of all credit items quoted by the bidder will be considered as negative (i.e. amount to be deposited to the department)

Village Jagdev Kalan (OHSR of capacity 150 CUM, Staging Height = 23.50 M and F.S.L. = 27.50 M)

Payment of environment management charges will be released after successful plantation period of 3 months, if applicable

Only antique thick letters have written in the DNIT however complete item as CSR will be applicable

Item for which no rates or price has been entered in will not be paid for by the Employer when executed and shall be deemed covered by the other rates and prices in the Bill of Quantities

Where there is a discrepancy between the unit rate and the line item total resulting from multiplying the unit rate by quantity, the unit rate quoted shall govern

All the works included in the DNIT have to be completed

Village Bagga Khurd (OHSR of capacity 25 CUM, Staging Height = 15.50 M and F.S.L. = 17.20 M)

The rates also include the testing of the structures for the tightness and emptying if so desired.

NOTE :-

Approximate quantities have been taken in the DNIT and these can vary and payment will however be made as per actual work done at site. The cost of operation and maintenance will be met from revenue collected from consumers.

CONDITIONS :-

All rates included in the above contract schedule of rates will be paid subject to the notes provided in the CSR. All amendments issued upto the date of opening of tenders will be applicable on the contract schedule of rates.
