The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works, specifically in the fields of civil engineering construction, such as Water Supply Scheme, Sewerage Schemes, Water Treatment Plant, and Sewerage Treatment Plant. The bidder should provide details of their experience in similar works, including the value of the total contract, contract duration, and specified requirements. The bidder should have experience in works such as tubewell, OHSR, Distribution Network, Civil work, Sewer, STP, RO Plant, HVAC, and Fire Fighting. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work, in the last five financial years. The values of works can be updated to current price levels by enhancing the value of executed works at a specified rate. The bidder is required to provide a list of similar works completed during previous years, duly supported with performance certificates from the authority for whom the work has been completed. The bidder's available bid capacity is calculated based on their past experience, including the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should provide information on their annual turnover from construction works for the last five years, with the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. Mentioned values and percentages of similar works completed include: - 80% of the estimated cost of work for one similar work - 50% of the estimated cost of work for two similar works - 40% of the estimated cost of work for three similar works - 10% of the contract value or as specified in the BDS, whichever is more, for access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities - 25% of the contract value of the work during implementation for minimum cash investment.
