Drilling of 500 mm dia bore with Reverse Rotary Rig Beyond 150 m depth up to 300 Mtr

Drilling of test bore hole including the rate for logging (Electric logging shall be carried out by Contractor upto full depth) to be paid only for the drilling depth beyond the bail plug margin or the tubewell is abandoned. 1. eraction and dismantling of boring plant including all arrangment for the transportation of the boring equitment to site of work from the store of the contractor at site and back are to be made by the contractor at his own cost. all rates should be quated for supplying the material at site of work. pits for collection of water and water for drilling tubewell to be arranged by the firm/contractor at site at his own cost. 2. in case the bore is converted into a tube well payment of bore shall be made up to the bail plug margin(7% of main bore drilling or as actual as per fiel requirmwnt whichever is less) required for sustaining the main bore. the test bore beyond margin shall be paid at the rate of test bore drilling.

Making electric logging of borehole with electronic well logger including cost of equipment at site etc.complete in all respect.

Supplying, lowering of MS Pipe as per IS: 4270-2001 including MS sockets having dimensions as per IS code duly welded with MS electrode to have extra strength to lower the pipe into tubewell bore. 200 mm nominal diameter (weight 33.6 kg per meter) 6.40 mm thickness

Supplying, Fixing & Lowering of Stainless Steel Cage type wire wound screen as per IS:8110-2000 or latest ISI marked, Duly welded with suitable grade S.S welding electrode to lower the strainer into tubewell bore. 200 mm steel strainer (slot size 0.75 mm) 6.30 mm thick

Supplying, Fixing and Lowering of Stainless Steel Socket as per IS 8110-2000 or latest, ISI marked duly welded with suitable grade SS welding electrod to lower the strainer into tubewell bore complete in all respect. 200 mm internal diameter

Supplying, Lowering and Fixing of M.S. special socket to connect SS Strainer to M.S. Pipe duly welded with suitable grade welding electrode complete in all respect. 200 mm internal diameter

Supplying and fixing mild steel centering guides made out of 32mm X 6mm thick M.S bar complete in all respect. (a) Strainer & MS pipe should be properly jointed with sockets and duly welded to ensure maximum strength of joint. (b) A steel strip of suitable size should be welded across the length of strainer to provide additional strength to the tubewell assembley.

Supplying at site Wooden box of suitable size with Lid & locking arrangment for preserving strata sample collected from the bore.

Collection of sieve sample from different strata and testing of sample from approved laboratory (Physical & chemical Analysis)

Supplying at site of Gravel of 1/6" to 1/8" sizes including pouring and packing in the annual space between the pipe assembly and the bore. The gravel should be free from dust, dirt, or the vegetable manner as per IS 4097-1967 with latest amendments(to be paid as per actual length of pipe) Note:- The rates including loading & unloading charges.

Supplying and fixing M.S well cap having thread to fix on housing pipe complete in all respect. 200 mm internal diameter

Supplying & fixing of bail plug of M.S. pipe complete with inverted U-hook attached to the bottom plug complete in all respect. 200mm internal diameter (weight 33.60 kg per meter) 6.40 mm thickness

Supplying & fixing of M.S. Clamp of size 200mm x 12mm made out of MS Flat 1.52 m long, suitable to fit the Housing pipe including the cost of Nut & Bolts of suitable size complete in all respect.

Development of stabillizing of the tubewell with air compressor of required capacity as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of tools, appliances & consumable to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Capacity of Air compressor 300 cfm at 250 PSI

Development of stabillizing of the tubewell with submersible pump of required capacity as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of tools, appliances & consumable to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Testing of water sample for Heavy metal from approved laboratory (Toxic material such as Arsenic, lead, mercury, pesticide etc.)

Making provision for clay seal of three meter thick for T/well & make Provision sterlization of tubewell ( as per BIS Code 2800-2019) complete in all respects.

PIPE FOR RISING MAIN

Providing, laying, Jointing and Fixing of PVC pipes 10kg/cm2 ISI Marked as per ISI-4985 ( ISI Marked with prior approvel of Engineer-in-charge) casting along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches to correct alignment and gradients, cutting. Jointing and testing complete as per specifications including specials and excavation (Excavation Mechanical) 110 mm o/d

Provision for making connection 110mm o/d PVC with existing 100mm i/d C.I Rising main with 1 No. A/F C.I tee 4"x4"4" and nut bolt complete in all respects ( For making connection with existing 100mm i/d C.I Rising Main).

CHLORINATION & DISINFECTION : Providing, installing, testing and commissioning one no. electrically actuated diaphragm operated, metering system, chemical dosing chlorinator, suitable for delivering 0.5 to 6 ltr. o f bleaching powder solution/ sodium hypo solution per hour under maximum delivery pressure up to 7kg cm2, and suction lift not less than 1.5m, as per DWSS standard specification.

PUMPING MACHINERY Provision for Submersible Pumping Set Providing & installing,testing & commisioning of one no electrically driven Submersible Pump set of 15.00 BHP capable of delivering 281 LPM against a head of 122 mtr complete in all respects

Providing and Fixing Electric panel board consisting of electrical appliances such as automatic Star Delta Push Button or oil imeersed starter,Main Switch, VM, AMpere Meter,ELCB, Shunt capacitor. Single phase,preventer,Indicating lamps,Kit-Kat etc. complete in all respects

Providing and Fixing G.I. Column Pipe of IS 1239-2004 medium class size 65 mm (in 3mtr lengths each with flanges,screwed and welded on both sides) rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts complete in all respects. (including 50.00 mt. extra pipe)

Providing and Fixing Submersible Cable with copper conductor PVC insulated of 4.00 mm2 size as per IS 694-1990 reaffirmed 2000 complete in all respects (including 40+40=80 mtr. extra cable tubewell to pump chamber.)

OPEN & REFITTING OLD C.I FITTING INSIDE PUMP CHAMBER Open and Refitting 100 mm dia old delivery main including cost of Nut bolt, Rubber jain etc. complete in all respects.

Construction of gravel pit outside the pump chamber. (0.90m Dia.) as per stander drawing complete in all respect.
