The bidder is required to have prior work experience in Civil Engineering works, with specific requirements including: * Maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. * Details of similar works completed, including the amount and percentage of work done. * A record of the bidder's experience in executing contracts of similar nature and complexity. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work(s) with the following minimum values: - For 1 similar work: Rs. 160.24 Lac, which is 80% of the estimated cost. - For 2 similar works (each): Rs. 100.15 Lac, which is 50% of the estimated cost. - For 3 similar works (each): Rs. 80.12 Lac, which is 40% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder must have completed works of similar nature and complexity, and should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last five financial years. The bidder should also provide a list of similar works completed during previous years, duly supported with performance certificates from the authority for whom the work was completed. The bidder's prior work experience should be for works above Rs. 50.00 lakh, and they should provide an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum cash of up to 25% of the contract value of the work during implementation.
