Construction of masonry sluice valve chamber excluding Sluice valve cover as per standard design & drawings of public health department. size 0.90x0.90m

Constructing One No. of 50 KL (50000 litres) capacity with staging height 17.00 mtr. upto FSL 20.00 mtr. from formation level complete with external RCC stair case with landing slabs at each staging RCC roof, ventilator single main hole cover lightening conductor etc. complete as described in schedule No.3. Providing and fixing D.I. D/F expansion joints conforming to (IS-1536-1989) or latest Bell mouth and D/F puddle collars as per DWSS design on basis of enclosed drawing. Duck foot bends, conforming to ISI-13382 and D.I D/F sluice Valve duly ISI marked (IS-14846-2000 or latest) one each with inlet, outlet and scour pipes. Including providing and installing inlet,outlet scour pipe and overflow D.I double flanged pressure pipes horizontally cast in sand moulds as per IS 7181/1986 and latest duly ISI marked from bottom dome to duck foot bend and further up to 2.75 mtr as per detail specification . TMT steel & painting of all complete shall be included in cost P/F aluminium ledder inside the OHSR complete in all respect as per specifications. (The specifications & drawing are based on safe bearing capacity of soil of 8.75 tones per sqm. In case the safe bearing capacity of soil is less than 8.75 tone per sqm. The contractor shall submit his own design for foundation portion based on actual safe bearing capacity as per DWSS specifications. The difference in quantities from the standard drawing based on 8.75 tone per sqm safe bearing capacity will be paid as per CSR + Prevailing Ceiling Premium including providing and fixing automatic Electronic Water Level control Device and Construction of Plinth protection around OHSR with masonry toe wall with 40 mm thick CC 1:2:4 on top over 100 mm thick CC 1:8:16 & inside earth filling including overflow haudi complete in all respects.

Providing, laying, jointing and fixing of testing ISI marked G.I. Pipe (as per IS 1239) B-Class including cost of specials, tees, bends, sockets elbow etc. cutting, threading and testing in trenches in the ground complete in all respect. 100 mm i/d

CHLORINATION :- Providing, installing, testing and commissioning one no. electrically actuated diaphragm operated, metering system, chemical dosing chlorinator, suitable for delivering 0.5 to 6 ltr. o f bleaching powder solution/ sodium hypo solution per hour under maximum delivery pressure up to 7kg cm2, and suction lift not less than 1.5m, as per DWSS standard specification

DEVELOPMENT OF WATER WORKS:- Providing & fixing G.I. Barbed wire 3 ply fencing around the head works site in three rows complete in all respects including cost of winding wire & aluminum painting complete in all respects as per standard Drawing .

Providing and fixing PCC fencing Poles with 6' height 3"x3" Top & 4"x3" Base Provided with 3 No. hooks complete in all respects.

Providing & fixing D.Hook complete with MS Bolts size 300mm x 18mm as per standard Drawing .

Construction of brick masonry corner pillar including cost of cement pointing including cost of material complete in all respects as per standard Drawing .

Construction of masonry gate pillar including cost of MS Steel Gate size 1.22mtr x 1.37 mtr as per standard Drawing complete in all respects

Construction of Cement Concrete Foot Path with masonry toe wall & earth filling inside water works as per standard Drawing .

Providing & fixing MS sign board as per standard size of DWSS.
