White washing 3 coats inside of pump chamber. (Pump Chamber, Cub Board, Outside Window, Door Portion)

Finishing walls with cement based water soluble exterior paint such as snowecem, robbiacem etc. on old work one coat to give an even shade. (PC Wall outside, Front Window, Pillar Portion above parapet, Sides of Door, Parapet walls plaster Sides, Parapet Walls plaster top)

Supplying and fixing glass panes with glazing clips and special metal sash putty of approved make. Glass panes 4mm or 10.75 kg / sqm exceeding 0.4 sqm of area (Ventilator, Windows)

Construction of foot paths with masonry toe wall& earth filling & concrete topping; inside water works as per standard drawing D-10 & Analysis of Rates A-11 complete in all respects.
