The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar works, such as Bridge Work, Lining Work, Hydraulic Structure Work, Building Work, Mechanical Work, Electrical Works, or Other Civil Works. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost, or two similar works of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or three similar works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost, in the last seven years. The values of works can be updated to current price levels by considering the escalation factors. For works above Rs. 5.00 Crores, the bidder should have completed similar works with the specified values and percentages. The bidder should provide details of their experience in similar works, including the identification number of the contract, name of the contract, location of works, type of works, country, name of employer, employer's address, nature of works, and special features relevant to the contract. The bidder should also provide information on the value of the total contract, date of award, date of completion, and contract duration. The bidder should have a minimum average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost during the last 3 years. Additionally, the bidder should have valid enlistment with the Department of Water Resources under the appropriate class and category, or valid enlistment with any other Department of Punjab Government or any other State Government or Government of India for Civil works with enlistment amounting to equal or more than the appropriate class and category of WRD enlistment. The bidder should have EPF registration certificate from the Provident Commissioner and should submit details of their available bid capacity with an undertaking that their available bid capacity is more than the total value of their financial bid. The bidder should provide details of their annual turnover data, including the financial year, turnover, and notes on the conversion of foreign currency to INR. The bidder should provide an undertaking that they will invest a minimum cash up to a specified amount during the implementation of the contract.
