The required prior work experience for the bidder includes details of experience in similar works, with specifications of the country where the work was done. The bidder should have experience as a Prime Contractor, in a Joint Venture, or as a Subcontractor. The bidder should have completed similar works during previous years, duly supported with performance certificates from the authority for whom the work has been completed. For works above a certain value, the bidder should provide a list of similar works completed, with details such as the name of the work, estimated cost, and date of completion. The value and percentage of similar works completed include: - One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost - Two similar works of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost - Three similar works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years of at least 30% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum cash investment of 25% of the contract value during the implementation of the work. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total value of their financial bid. The bidder should provide information on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last three years, updated to the price level of the year indicated in the appendix. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works, with specific details to be provided in the qualification information. The bidder should provide information on the name of the contract, location, and nature of the work, contract number and date, percentage and amount of participation of the firm in the project, and other relevant details.
