FLOORING & DADOS: Laying of Dry Brick Ballast 40 mm gauge for flooring.

FLOORING & DADOS: Base course of floor consisting of 100mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16 with stone aggregate 40mm gauge and 100mm fine sand filling using mechanical mixer for mixing of material

FLOORING & DADOS: Flat brick or tile flooring laid in cement sand mortor 1:4 on 100mm thick cment concret 1:8 :16 and 100mm thick sand filling and cement pointed 1:2 on top.

FLOORING & DADOS: Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of different sizes in light colour shades made using Double Charge technology (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), complete. ( Design is homogenous throughout the tile body ). Size 600x600 mm

WHITE WASHING, DISTEMPERING, PAINTING & POLISHING: Preparation of plastered surfaces for distempering including surface, applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of plaster of paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete

WHITE WASHING, DISTEMPERING, PAINTING & POLISHING: Applying pink primer or aluminum priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface knotting and stopping etc.

WHITE WASHING, DISTEMPERING, PAINTING & POLISHING: Painting two or more coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on wood work, metallic or plastered, concrete surface to give an even shade

WOOD WORK: Hollock wood doors shutter windows shutter including hinges, screws, chocks, cheats, stops cords etc. complete fixed in position. Panelled, glazed or glazed and panelled. 40 mm thick

WOOD WORK: Cost of aluminum fittings complete for doors, windows such as tower bolts, handles,Stoppers and screw etc. for these fittings (Excluding sliding bolt). For shutter area above 0.50 sqm

Glass panes 3mm or 8.44 kg per sqm upto 0.4 sqm area
