The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience as a Prime Contractor, in a Joint Venture, or as a Subcontractor, with details to be provided. Specifically, the bidder should provide the following information: - No. of years of experience as a Prime Contractor, in a Joint Venture, or as a Subcontractor - Details of similar works completed, including the type of works, location, and value of the contract The bidder should have completed similar works, with the following details: - The minimum value of one similar work is as per Clause 4.3. - The minimum value of two similar works is as per Clause 4.3. - For works above Rs. 5.00 Crores, the bidder should provide a list of similar works completed, with details such as name of work, estimated cost, date of start, and date of completion. - The bidder should have completed works with a value of at least 10 percent of the value of the whole works, for which they propose to use named subcontractor(s). - The bidder should provide details of contracts of similar nature and complexity, including the name of the contract, location, nature of work, contract number, date, percentage and amount of participation, and percentage and amount subcontracted. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed in the last seven years and as a prime contractor (or as a nominated subcontractor) one Bridge Work or Lining Work or Hydraulic Structure Work or Building Work or Mechanical Work or Electrical Works or Other Civil Works, as the work may be, of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost or two similar works of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work or three similar works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved an average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years ending 31st March of the previous financial year, which should be at least 30% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also submit an undertaking that he will be able to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation. Values and percentages mentioned include: - Rs. 5.00 Crores for works - 10 percent of the value of the whole works for subcontracted works - 80% of the estimated cost for one similar work - 50% of the estimated cost for two similar works - 40% of the estimated cost for three similar works - 30% of the estimated cost for average annual financial turnover - 25% of the contract value for minimum cash investment.
