The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar works, with details such as the identification number of the contract, name of the contract, location of works, type of works, and country. The bidder should have completed works similar to the contract they are applying for, with a specified value and percentage of completion. For works above Rs. 5.00 Crores, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed in the last seven years and as a prime contractor (or as a nominated subcontractor) one Bridge Work or Lining Work or Hydraulic Structure Work or Building Work or Mechanical Work or Electrical Works or Other Civil Works, as the work may be, of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost or two similar works of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work or three similar works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. The bidder should also have access to lines of credit and other financial resources facilities (10% of contract value), certified by the Bankers. For specific positions, the required prior work experience includes: - For a Site Engineer: 2 years of experience with a BE (Civil) or Diploma (Civil) qualification. - For a Plant Engineer: 2 years of experience with a Dip. (Mech.) qualification. - For a Quality Control Engineer: 2 years of experience with a B.E. (Civil) or Dip. (Civil) qualification. The bidder should provide information on their experience, including number of years of experience as a Prime Contractor, Joint Venture, or Subcontractor, and experience in similar works under their present name. The bidder should also provide details of similar works completed, including values and percentages. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - For works above Rs. 5.00 Crores: one work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost, or two works of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or three works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - For works up to Rs. 5.00 Crores: no specific prior work experience is mentioned in terms of percentage of estimated cost. The bidder should provide a list of similar works completed during previous years, duly supported with performance certificates from the authority for whom the work has been completed, including the name of the work, estimated cost, date of start, and date of completion.
