FLOORING & DADOS: Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of different sizes in light colour shades made using Double Charge technology (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), complete. Flat brick or tile flooring laid in cement sand mortor 1:4 on 100mm thick cment concret 1:8 :16 and 100mm thick sand filling and cement pointed 1:2 on top.

WHITE WASHING, DISTEMPERING, PAINTING & POLISHING: Preparation of plastered surfaces for distempering including surface, applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of plaster of paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete

WHITE WASHING, DISTEMPERING, PAINTING & POLISHING: Painting two or more coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on wood work, metallic or plastered, concrete surface to give an even shade.

WHITE WASHING, DISTEMPERING, PAINTING & POLISHING: Applying pink primer or aluminum priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface knotting and stopping etc.

WHITE WASHING, DISTEMPERING, PAINTING & POLISHING: Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paints in all shades on old wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surface to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint

WOOD WORK: Factory manufactured flush door fixed in position iron hinges, etc (excluding the cost of any fittings other than specified above but including labour for fixing the same in position (Code : II Revision IS-2191 Part-I) 1973: Commercial with elm or gurjan facing on both \ Sides with laminated core and lipped edges: 35mm thick
