Point and Submain Wiring:- Supply, Laying, Testing & Commissioning of Point wiring in PVC conduit (HMS variety)/GI conduit : Wiring for circuit/submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed steel conduit as required. Point wiring for light/ceiling fan/6A/16A outlet for exhaust fan, bell point etc, with 1.1KV grade FRLS PVC insulated multistrand copper PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor wire (ISI marked), in GI conduit on surface / 25 to 40 mm dia High mechanical stress (HMS) rigid concealed in Wall/Beam/Slab/Column PVC conduit having ISI marked IS 9537 Part - 3, including fixing accessories & hardware. The GI conduits shall be mounted on 5mm. thick G.I. spacers fixed with no.10 nettle fold wood screws with nylon plug complete with all conduit accessories 20 SRG G.I. Saddles. The scope shall include providing ready made MS switchboxes, socket outlet boxes of min 18 SWG / 20 SWG thickness. brass earthing stud 1/2 no's controlling modular switches, sockets with moulded front plate appropriate size of FRLS PVC insulated copper earth wire brass/Bakelite (Straight / Angular) lamp holders, 3 plate ceiling rose, 16 A, connectors, painting etc. as per specifications and drawings and as per instructions of E-I-C and as detailed below: (Sample switch box etc. to be got approved before fabrication) NOTE: 1. MS boxes other than switch boxes & socket outlet boxes shall be fabricated out of 16 SWG thickness MS sheet duly painted with red oxide primer & 2 coats of epoxy paint. 6. Minimum size of the FRLS insulated copper earth wire continuity shall be 2.5 Sq.mm 7. The colour shade of switches shall be white / off white. The scope also includes supply of modular blanking plates where ever required. 9. The maximum permissible number of PVC insulated wire through PVC conduits shall be as per technical specifications. 10. The point wiring shall generally be concealed type only, except in lift shaft/ Elect. Shaft/basement areas/ in RCC retaining wall/ in dry well/ above false ceiling & wherever concealed wiring is not feasible, as per instructions of E.I.C.

Civil & Constrction:

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick multi-wall polycarbonate sheet skylight over the cut outs at approx 6.0 mtr height or other locations as per site requirements, fixing the polycarbonate sheets to the MS closed structre by means of Aluminium extruded sections,EPDM gaseket screwed to the steel structre & sealing the joints completely with approved sealent to make then water proof , inclusive of closing the vertical gaps with the same sheet, cleaning ,finishing neat, stagging /scaffolding up to required height etc. complete in all respect alongwith all the required accessories as per manufactures specifications and dirrection of engineer -in-charge. The rate to be including for all laps & wastages, flashing etc. Only net laid area of the sheet shall be measured for payment. This item is includes all the required accessories to fixing with the MS structre .

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with connecting base/insert plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position,Base plate welding,Drilling and hold fastening with Chemical grouting anchor bolting / fastening in concrete structree , applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved color and brand as complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing, welding and bolted with special shaped washers in position applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved color and brand as complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 25x25 mm made of G.I. wire of dia 3 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts, washers to strctural members. Gate/Door made of Chain link fancing with structural steel frame as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
