Preparation of surface that shall include scrapping of any existing flooring treatment, algae growth, laitance, chipping of unsound weak concrete/existing flooring, removal of waste & debris as per site requirement and disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Applying priming coat using Solvent-free, water dispersed two part primer based on epoxy resin over existing prepared concrete surface of approved brand and manufacture conforming to below specification as per directions of E-I-C: Tensile adhesion strength/Bond Strength :- 1.5 N/mm² (ISO 4624)/ASTM D 7234-2022.

Providing and laying 2 mm thick self levelling epoxy screed (as a base course) of approved make over a coat of epoxy primer using three part,with mixture of base, hardener,filler & colour paste (as per requirement w.r.t to consistency) which conforms to the requirements of EN 13813: 2002 as CT - C50 - F10 - A9. Mixing has to be done with slow speed heavy duty machine for about 3-4 minutes till a uniform colour and consistency of the mix is obtained. The mixed material should be poured on the surface and spread to the required thickness with a steel serrated trowel, followed by rolling with a spiked roller thoroughly to release the entrapped air in the film for about 30-45minutes conforming to below specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. Compressive strength:- Approx.-60 N/mm² (28 days / +23°C) as per IS 9162-1979; Tensile Strength in Flexure:- 18 N/mm2 after 28 days as per IS 9162-1979; Tensile adhesion strength/Bond Strength 1.5 N/mm² (ISO 4624) or equivalent as per other standards.
