The bidder is required to have prior work experience, with specific details to be provided in the bid. The bidder should have access to lines of credit and other financial resources facilities, certified by the bankers, for an amount equal to 10% of the contract value. Additionally, the bidder should have invested a minimum cash amount up to 25% of the contract value during implementation of the work. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the estimated value of the project/work, calculated as (A* N* 2 - B), where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works executed, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the project, and B is the value of existing commitments. The bidder should also provide proof of having completed similar works, with a value updated to the price level of the financial year in which bids are received. The bidder should submit an undertaking that their available bid capacity is more than the estimated value of the project/work. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes availability of personnel with adequate experience as required for this work. The bidder should submit an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum cash amount up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation. The values of works can be updated to current price levels by enhancing the value of executed works at a given rate.
