The bidder is required to provide details of their prior work experience, including the value and percentage of similar works completed. They need to provide information on the maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should have completed similar works with a certain value and percentage, although the exact values are not always specified. However, for works above Rs 5.00 Crore, the bidder is required to provide a list of similar works completed during previous years. They should also provide evidence of access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities (10% of contract value). The bidder should provide information on their experience as a Prime Contractor, in a Joint Venture, or as a Sub-Contractor, including the number of years of experience in each category. They should also mention the number of years their organization has been in the business of similar works under its present name. The bidder is required to provide details of their experience in similar works, and they should mention if they have ever left any work awarded to them incomplete, providing the name of the project/work and the reasons for not completing it if applicable.
