The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar works, such as earthwork, Granular sub-base/base, RE Walls, and Concrete in bridges. The bidder should have experience in Civil Engineering works. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover equal to 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years. The bidder should have completed the similar work in the last five years ending the last day of the month previous to the one in which bids are invited. For works above Rs 5.00 Crore, the bidder should have a list of similar works completed during previous years, duly supported with performance certificates from the authority for whom the work has been completed. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - 80% of the estimated cost of work for one similar work - 50% of the estimated cost of work for two similar works - 40% of the estimated cost of work for three similar works - 40% of the estimated cost of work as minimum annual financial turnover in any one of the last three financial years. The bidder should also have a minimum cash investment of 25% of the contract value of the work during implementation. Additionally, the bidder should have access to financial resources facilities of at least 10% of the contract value.
