The required prior work experience for the bidder includes similar works such as construction of water treatment plants, laying of pipelines for water supply, and creation of drinking water retaining structures. For a Single Entity, the minimum value requirements are: - one similar work with a value of at least 80% of the estimated cost of work, - two similar works with a combined value of at least 50% of the estimated cost of work, - or three similar works with a combined value of at least 40% of the estimated cost of work. For a Joint Venture, the combined members should meet the same minimum value requirements as a Single Entity. Additionally, the lead member must have one work with a minimum value of 20% or 40% of the estimated cost of work, and other members should have one work with a minimum value of 20% of the estimated cost of work. The completion date of these similar works should be within the last five or seven years. The works should be valued above Rs 5.00 Crore. Alternatively, the bidder must have satisfactorily commissioned and completed a project within the last seven years as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor, with no specific value or percentage of similar works completed mentioned.
