The required prior work experience for the bidder includes execution of projects in one or more sectors such as Electrical Transmission, Sub-transmission, Electrical distribution, and Railway Track Electrification. The type of construction works undertaken should be of the nature of one or more of the following: EHT lines, HT lines, LT lines, Distribution transformers, and Substations. However, experience in only LT lines would not be considered eligible. The bidder should have prior work experience in similar works, with the following requirements: - One contract of minimum 70% value of each package, with the works completed. - Or, two contracts, each of minimum 40% value of each package, with the works completed. - Or, three contracts, each of minimum 30% value of each package, with the works completed. In terms of value, the Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) of the Bidder for the best three years out of the last five financial years should not be less than 30% of the value of each package. The bidder must also have liquid assets and/or evidence of access to or availability of fund-based credit facilities of not less than 10% of the value of each package. For Joint Ventures, all partners must meet the qualification set forth, and collectively, they should meet the requirements. The lead partner should meet at least 40% of the minimum criteria, and each of the other partners should meet at least 25% of the criteria. Each JV partner should have completed at least one contract costing not less than the amount equal to 30% value of each package.
