Average Annual financial turnover: The bidder should have an average annual turnover equal to the tender cost or more than the tender cost in the last three financial years. Experience of similar work: The bidder should have experience of similar work of aggregate value not less than: - 20% of the estimated tender value in any three years - 30% of the estimated tender value in any two years - 50% of the estimated tender value in any one year Formulas: - Aggregate Value ≥ 0.20 * Estimated Tender Value (in any three years) - Aggregate Value ≥ 0.30 * Estimated Tender Value (in any two years) - Aggregate Value ≥ 0.50 * Estimated Tender Value (in any one year) 3. Net profit/Net worth: The bidder should have a positive net profit/net worth in any one year of the last three financial years. 4. EPF and ESI registration: The bidder should be registered with the EPF organization and ESI Corporation. 5. Manpower experience: The bidder should have experience of providing skilled manpower for Power Sector Utilities and should have provided at least 300 manpower for a period of one year in the last three years. Additionally, the bid capacity is tied to the estimated tender value and is calculated based on the aggregate value of similar work executed in the last seven years. Other bid capacity requirements include: - EMD (Earnest Money Deposit): Equivalent to 2% of Tender Cost, subject to a maximum of Rs. 10 Lacs. - Bank Guarantee: @ 5% of contract Value as Security deposit. - Tender Document cost: Rs. 2950/- (Non-Refundable). - Estimated Tender Cost: Rs. 22.84 Crore (Approx.).
