Designing, fabricating, transporting to site AC supply panel MCC-1, LT cubical pattern metal clad switch board, fabricating from 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel suitable for 31MVA rupturing capacity as 415V,3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply and equipped with PVC sleeved copper bus bars of special rating and following switch gears inter connected by PVC sleeved solid conductors and treatment of panel with anti-corrosive zinc paint and finally coating the panel, complete with earthing terminals, cable and bus bar alleys and hoisting hooks as required. INCOMERS: A.320A TPN, MCCB with inbuilt protection such as thermal overload, auxiliary contacts with door interlock facility and padlock facility. B.Voltmeter of 0-500V with VSS and 1set of (RYB) phase indicating lights with 6A SP MCB. C.Indicating lamps protected by 6A MCB to indicate On,OFF,trip for MCCB. D.0-400Amps, 96 x 96 sqmm Ammeter with 400/5 Amps resin cast CTs and selector switch. Bus Bars: A.400A, TPN Copper Bus Bar duly sleeved- 1set B.Maximum density of copper bus bars for current carrying capacity shall be one amp per square mm.
