The bidder should have experience of providing skilled manpower for Power Sector Utilities and should have provided at least 300 manpower for a period of 1 year in the last 3 years. They should also have executed one or more contracts of power sector by deployment of skilled manpower for at least one year during the last three completed years. The technical requirement includes experience of similar work of aggregate value not less than: - 20% of the estimated tender value of one year each in any three years in the last seven years - 30% of the estimated tender value of one year each in any two years in the last seven years - 50% of the estimated tender value of one year each in any one year in the last seven years The bidder should have experience in handling similar kind of works in various organizations and submit satisfactory performance certificates. The details of experience should be given in a specific format, including information such as name of client, project implemented, contract value, work order number and date, date of successful completion of work, and amount of work executed. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years equal to the value of tender cost or more than the tender cost. In case of consortium, the lead bidder should satisfy 60% of the turnover requirement, while each bidder should have a minimum of 20% of the turnover requirement. The bidder should also have positive net profit/net worth in any one year of the last 3 financial years. The lead bidder should satisfy this condition. The Earnest Money Deposit is 2.0% of the bid cost, subject to a maximum of Rs.10 Lacs. The average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be equal to 50% of the tender cost or more than 50% of the tender cost. In case of a consortium, the lead bidder should satisfy 60% of the turnover requirement, while the other bidder should have a minimum of 20% of the turnover requirement.
