The bid capacity required in the given tender can be extracted as follows: 1. The bidder should have a valid registration certificate with a registration limit of at least Rs. 3.28 Cr.
2. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last seven years, with the following options: a) Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 1.31 Cr (3.28 Cr * 0.4). b) Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 1.64 Cr (3.28 Cr * 0.5). c) One similar completed work, costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 2.62 Cr (3.28 Cr * 0.8). Formulas:
* Minimum bid capacity for option a: 3 x Rs. 1.31 Cr. = Rs. 3.93 Cr.
* Minimum bid capacity for option b: 2 x Rs. 1.64 Cr. = Rs. 3.28 Cr.
* Minimum bid capacity for option c: Rs. 2.62 Cr. These formulas are based on the requirements specified, and the estimated cost is Rs. 3.28 Cr.

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes:
* One Graduate Engineer/Civil with minimum 5 years experience in building work.
* One Graduate Architect Engineer with minimum 3 years experience in building work.
* One Graduate/Diploma Engineer/Civil with 3 years experience in building works.
* One Graduate/Diploma Engineer/ Electrical with 3 years experience for supervising work of Electrical Installations. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last seven years. The similar works should be either of the following:
- Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 1.31 Cr. each.
- Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 1.64 Cr. each.
- One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 2.62 Cr. Similar work shall mean construction of Masonary/RCC framed building for Residential/Institutional/Commercial/Offices/Airports/Hospitals purposes, etc., involving allied civil and other works.
