Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Modular type outdoor units equipped with highly efficient multiple scroll/ rotary compressors(OEM manufactured) fully inverter controlled (individual inverter for each compressor) i.e. changes its speed in accordance to the variation in cooling loads, special heat exchanger, low noise condenser fan, auto check function for connection error, auto address setting and capacity as mentioned below including all hardware & accessories & including full charging of R-410A refrigerant gas complete i/c powder coating complete as per specifications. The units should be with necessary weather protection coating. The coating should be done before bringing the units to site. Out door units shall be provided with MS stand of suitable size duly painted with corision resistant paint suitable for outdoor application. Each ODU in the module or individual unit should have multiple compressors for better redundency.

The units shall be in combination of one or more units which shall be selected in such a way that COP of Each unit at 50 % part load and standard operating conditions shall be not less than 4. The units shall be suitable to operate at Ludhiana conditions i.e. Outdoor temp 48 deg C and to maintain indoor temperature 22 +/- 1 deg C.

All the units shall be provided with built-in microprocessor control panel, for automatic operation and capacity control.

All compressor shall have inverter technology i.e. outdoor units shall have all inverter based compressor.

The manufacturer of ODU and compressor shall be same. i.e the make of compressor shall be identicle of the ODU.

Each ODU wheather used individually or used to make module should have multiple compresors.

Following capacities of ODUs are at standard operating condition as defined above and Vendor to indicate COP at 100% load & at part loads i.e. 75% & 50% in the data sheets/ shop drawings:

All Bidders has to submit the test certificates along with the delivery of VRF/VRV Units at site. A draft Format of the same need to be submitted along with in the Technical Bid.

Indoor VRV Units:-

Supply Installation testing and commissioning of Indoor VRV Units -High wall /ceiling mounted cassette type unit, as specified. The indoor unit shall have independent electronic control valve to control the refrigerant flow rate respond to variations of the air-conditioning load of the room. The fan shall be aerodynamically designed turbo multiblade type. Statically and dynamically balanced to ensure lowest noise. The cooling coil shall be made of seamless copper tube. The tube shall be hydraulically or mechanically expanded and tested for 21 Kg/cm2. Indoor units shall have a wired/ wireless remote control. (Quoted rate to include cost of suitable Remote Control Units and Drain pumps)
