The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works with a value of not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work in the last five years. The bidder's experience will be evaluated based on their ability to complete similar works, and they need to provide testimonials or certificates from their previous employers to support their claim. They should also have a minimum annual financial turnover equal to 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide information about their past contracts, including the name of the contract, location of works, type of works, and value of the total contract, as well as details about their share of work in the contract. The maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years is also considered, and the bidder's available bid capacity should be more than a certain threshold. The bidder should have completed works with a value that can be used to calculate their bid capacity, and they should provide information on their current commitments on all contracts, including the contract value, percentage of work completed, and outstanding amount. The bidder is also required to submit an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation.
